This was so much fun and I can’t recommend it enough. In one day we were able to walk through the jungle, swim in a waterfall, meet some elephants and go bamboo rafting! All the transport between activities was organised for us, as was our lunch and snacks throughout the day – which really allowed us to just enjoy the activities. I especially recommend this if you are limited in time as you’re able to do so much in 1 day. Our tour guide “Ping Pong” was hilarious and honestly the highlight of the tour! I felt the elephants were treated ethically.
What a great experience with lots of separate activities on this trip. Our tour guide was really good, very knowledgeable with a bit of humour thrown in. We’d highly recommend it. Only watch out is the walk from elephant feeding to elephant bathing – it’s downhill and if it’s rained it’s super slippy – so make sure you bring the right footwear!
The tour guides (Sak and his team) were very friendly and energetic! They provided lots of information and clarity on the plan for the day, as well as information about the elephants specifically. All aspects of the tour were amazing for first time family trip (ATV, rafting, elephant feeding / bathing, and amazing lunch!)
0/10 AWFUL!!! Abuse animals they claim they are ethical but they are not. They force elephants into the water by throwing rocks at them and cutting them underneath so you can’t see. They all carry knifes in their pockets and allow you to through mud at the elephants in an unpleasant manner. Make sure you really look into the sanctuary you choose as we were told they were ethical but obviously not.
Nice experience in wild with small group. Trekking to see the waterfall, feeding the elephants then rafting in the high water river. Our guide Pinpong got an interesting character ?
I did a full day tour with this company with my son. We had an amazing day with waterfalls, white water rafting, elephants and ATV. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was everyone we meet. We had a great time and would recommend this company to anyone. Great value!
From pick up at our hotel to drop off, this day was efficiently run and just an experience we will never forget. The elephants were beautiful and we were involved in preparing their food and feeding them and then taking them down to the river for bathing and a mud bath. Be prepared to get wet and muddy and take a change of clothes, flip flops or beach shoes and a towel. You’ll also need trainers or boots if you’re doing the jungle trek. Tony, our guide was very knowledgable and friendly. We were not pushed to buy photos or souvenirs or anything. The trek was great; about 5km and be prepared for a few challenges! And you can get into the waterfall at the end if you want to. Whitewater rafting was great fun. We were given good instructions and felt really safe. Our best day in Chiang Mai by far!
Great sanctuary, Zack our guide was knowledgeable and was so funny. His grandpa worked with elephants as well so we learned some inside elephant secrets. Highly recommend
Day trip was amazing, staff delivered very very good customer service and were amazing hosts. I would reccomend this to everyone who goes to chiang mai.
A thoroughly enjoyable day was had at Elephant in Wild Sanctuary. We started the day at the sticky waterfall, followed by a trip to the elephants sanctuary and white water rafting. Our guide Zac was very knowledgeable and great fun! Biggest tip would be to bring spare clothes and a plastic bag for wet clothes a
What a great day! Our tour guide, Zack, was very knowledgeable and funny. The elephants in the sanctuary are clearly very well cared for. I had a blast!
