Wild Rose Yoga is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 4/1 Soi Phraproklao, Thailand
I loved the small groups classes, the atmosphere of the studio, open to nature. The teachers were intense, and this is what I like (to push your boundaries)! For yoga beginners, I would be cautious, except some sweat :)I highly recommend that yoga place in Chiang Mai. Big up to the owner and the teachers!!!
I do to much yoga to like it I feel like. I felt like people in their were limited to what „level of yogi” they were by the teacher. We did a bunch of poses but it did feel all over the place. I did not feel inspired nor empowered which are the two reasons I do ypga. Maybe the teacher was just having a day, I dont know.
This will be the best place you’ve ever practiced yoga…. why? Well, I’ve been practicing yoga at various yet consistent studios in America over the last 15 years of my life. But I must say that I’ve experienced a deeper growth in my yoga practice and a significant sense of community in just 2 weeks with Wild Rose yoga then I’ve ever been exposed to in my several years of practice prior. The reality is that this studio isn’t just a place to do yoga… it’s a living breathing beautiful naturalistic place with an arms wide open community waiting for you to join. The instructors at Wild Rose are incredibly knowledgeable and humble teachers. Breath is their number one focus and a recurring theme in all classes. Breath is the most important posture and every teacher encourages that beautiful theme. Enjoy your time with the Wild Rose family, this place will become your home away from home. We spent our last few days in Chiang Mai and I was lucky enough to join a few classes at Wild Rose studio. I messaged Rose on WhatsApp, she replied quickly with a welcoming and encouraging message on booking into my first class. I had three lessons with Kru Annie and one with Kru Earthy….each one taught me something new about a pose or something I needed to engage in my body to feel the pose better. Annie has a lovely, humorous but deeply focused approach and her cues were really helpful, I found them hard work but deeply rewarding. Kru Earthy helped me to find a softer approach to a Yin based practice which really encouraged my mind to quieten. I just wish I could have stayed for more practice at this lovely, welcoming and well run studio.
Wonderful yoga studio offering 1.5hr classes, I was fortunate to experience & enjoy both of the weekend 10am classes. Kru Annie and Kru May were brilliant instructors, they took the time to walk you through the pose and provide individual assistance where needed. I loved the space as well, very rustic, warm and Rose the owner was very welcoming! Definitely be back to Zen..
Full class- teacher catered class to about four super yogis and ignored all those at intermediate levels. Competitive yoga. 😳🥲
A really nice yoga studio hidden in central Chiang Mai. The staff are so friendly and nice. I felt so welcome. The beginner class I went to was great, challenging but not overwhelming. I will deffo be back when I’m next in Chiang Mai.
We enjoyed a delightful 90 mins foundational yoga practice during our stay in Chiang Mai. We booked a class 24 hours ahead and were welcomed with open arms. The class sizes are around 10 people and caters for all abilities. I loved it and would practice here often if I could. Thank you
