We used this taxi service twice. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and was friendly and helped us with luggage. The car was nice and big and air conditioned. Second trip driver was on time he was friendly, the car was the same big, comfortable and safe. There was good communication from Ann with confirmations etc. considering both our journeys were 2.5hrs each thought the price was ok
Organised a transfer with Andaman Thai Travel from Ao Nang to Phuket airport. Very reasonable price which was the same as a grab taxi but for that we had a minibus!Ann even sorted me out when I’d inadvertently booked the transfer for the wrong day, free of charge.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
We used Andaman Thai Travel for a number of lengthy transfers during our recent Thailand holiday. Having used companies most frequently recommended on TA forums during previous visits and were left disappointed – old tatty cars, late pickups, speeding drivers – I searched Google for a well reviewed company and came across Andaman Thai Travel. They were slightly more expensive, although once you factor in their multiple trip discount, this was nominal. The service was excellent and each driver was on time, professional and drove at a safe pace. We travelled with them from Phuket to Khao Lak – Khao Lak to Koh Lanta – Koh Lanta to Phuket. We will use them each time we visit from now on. Highly recommended.
This is the second time I have availed of their services in less than two years.Their services are excellent. Ann is very receptive and cooperative. She goes out of her way to guide you about places to visit and things to do.The vehicles are very well maintained with very polite, safe, helpful and punctual drivers. The charges are also very reasonable.Ann also coordinates your boating trips and other sightseeing.She is very understanding if there are last minute changes in your plans and modifies the itinerary accordingly.All in all, a 5-star experience with the services offered.There is no need to search around too much for your travel needs.Just message your plan, And then, leave it to Ann!

We used Andaman travel 3 times on our recent trip to Southern Thailand. Andaman travel picked us up at the airport and after a long travel journey, it was so nice to have the driver know our names and get us to our destination. Ann’s communication from prior to the trip and during was spot on. Ann helped me with hotel suggestions and even called the hotel I was staying at who’s reception closed 11pm to let them know we will be arriving later and to wait for us. The drivers are wonderful. The drivers are on time, say hello to you by your name and also let HQ know that they have picked you up. We travelled from Krabi to Koh Lanta and back with Team Andaman and everything was perfect, comfortable we felt safe and the driver were always on time and very friendly. English / communication is great. I will continue to use Andaman travel whenever in Thailand and will not hesitate to suggest the company to others.
