Can someone please write me back? How is Mae Noi doing? Is Mae Noi healthy? My wife and I would like to see her again before she gets too old.
I took my girlfriend for her birthday and we had a blast!!! The staff and the entire team ensure you get a holistic adventure. They provide more than a sanctuary for the animals, all the animals are part of their family. Well organized tour, I highly recommend.
Amazing experience! Don’t miss it! They’re super organised, give you clothes, shoes and offer a photographer for about 6 euro if you want. You just need extra socks and pants because you get wet bathing with the elephants! You can shower afterwards and the lunch there is great! Absolutely recommended! The staff is wonderful!
Wonderful experience and well worth the money. From making the food to feeding it was a great time. The passion and care given to the animals was truly amazing.
Excellent. We visited with our 3 kids ages 11, 9, and 6. We did the private tour. We got to feed, walk, and bathe the elephants. The animals were calm and gentle around the kids. Highly recommended.
Great staff, owner and experience! The “Main” Elephant handler were great at english and had a good energy and humor ?? They were really kind and good to the animals and you could tell this is a place run by people who care about the Elephants. Would recommend 10/10 ⭐?
I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to because of what we just experienced on our half day private tour with Andy Fried Chicken. First of all, Andy is an incredible guide and person. His English and enthusiasm for animals is outstanding. Andy taught us so much about the elephants and the way they care for them at this facility. This is a TRUE rescue park with only 12 elephants. They always have a caretaker with the elephant, 24 hours a day. Andy had many thoughtful details to make our tour special including: cold drinks and snacks after our sticky waterfall hike, many historical facts from our hotel to the park, and stopped to take photos of us in front of some beautiful temples. I can’t recommend this tour/this company more highly! I will definitely tell all of my friends.
Had the pleasure of visiting the elephant rescue park today and the experience didn’t disappoint one bit. From being collected at our hotel until we were returned the whole day was amazing. After arriving and getting dressed in local attire suitable for what we were going to be doing that day. We spent time learning about the elephants that had been rescued from logging, circuses and used for rides. We then had the opportunity to prepare food for one of their oldest elephants who no longer had any teeth. She was eagerly awaiting us as we arrived with our tray of goodies and was the perfect lady as we fed her firstly the herbal medicine we had prepared and then more bananas than I cared to count ?. We then made a fuss of her and watched as she found a tree to scratch an itch. We then left her to rest while we were generously fed and watered ourselves and relaxed before we headed for the afternoon’s activities. We changed into some wellies gathered some coconuts and bananas and headed to visit another heard of elephants who were relaxing but soon got excited when they saw us arrive with a large bucket of bananas and coconuts. There were 4 adult females and one male and we proceeded as a group of 4 to feed these wonderful majestic animals until all the fruit was gone. Then accompanied by their handlers we had the pleasure of walking beside them on a trek until we reached a large stream where the could drink and cool down. Along the way the elephants helped themselves to what ever food took their fancy and wondered off exploring at every opportunity. Once they had the opportunity to drink and cool down we were all led to a lake when we all had the opportunity to bathe these beautiful animals an experience I shall remember for all my days. This is most definitely the highlight of my trip to Thailand and I can’t thank them enough for this amazing experience. Our guide effortlessly led us and made this a truly memorable trip.
I am the owner of a travel agency in Costa Rica, and we chose Elephant Rescue Park to spend half a day with this beautiful creatures full of love. we started the day with an educational introduction to the work they do at the center, how they rescue, take care and finance the park. we we´re given safety instructions and all the guidelines to respect the elephants. their personel is super friendly and devoted to take care of the elephants with love and dignity. I can´t explain how beautiful the experience was, and will reccomend it to everyone who is seeking an ethic experience that impact the lives of this beautiful creatures.
Beautiful place, ethical treatment of the elephants and very well educated guides.Dew was our guide and he was an absolute joy.
Amazing experience with my family! We had a great time with the elephants, feeding them and taking them to get their daily bath ?
We had the best time. The guide was super fan and polite. The rescue center is everything you can imagine. The elephants are treated with love and care. Everyone loves them and takes full care of them.
We had an amazing experience interacting with the elephants, feeling completely safe throughout. Our guide, Andy, was fantastic, his enthusiasm was contagious, and it was clear how passionate he is about elephants. He shared a wealth of knowledge with us and demonstrated a deep respect for these magnificent creatures. Additionally, we enjoyed a delightful homemade lunch with freshly prepared vegetables. We would definitely do this again!
Had a blast with Kid the owner in our private morning tour! Kid was knowledgeable and passionate about the elephants in his care which gave us the reassuring feeling that the elephants were being treated well. We began the morning tour with a hotel pick up which was prompt and seamless. We arrived and were given the opportunity to eat/drink before changing and getting our informational speech about the sanctuary from Kid himself. Then we got to meet the elephants and introduce ourselves before our trek in the woods. The trek was great and kid took the time to tell us about the area and local plants and their healing properties. We then got to watch the elephant handlers wash the elephants and we got to join in. The elephants were playful and calm we felt safe the entire time despite being in close proximity. Then we got photo opportunities which was amazing to capture the once in a lifetime day. Then we had a wonderful lunch cooked on site and got a surprising treat which was to see the one month old baby elephant! On the way home our driver took us to a local national park and we saw some waterfalls. Highly highly recommend this tour/visit!
