Jungle Bar is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Sunrise Beach, Koh Lipe Island, Thailand
We discovered this small gem located a bit outside of busiest streets of Koh Lipe by accident. The atmosphere is very nice: decoration is atypical but beautiful and there is very good music. Owner is friendly and propose good cocktails at very reasonable prices. Would love to go there again.
Drinks are a work of art! Owner spent lockdown building this bar with driftwood from the beach, what did I accomplish? Literally nothing. It’s a shame this place doesn’t get the foot traffic from walking street. If you’re staying at Idyllic Concept just walk past the reception and up the hill and it’s right there! Great vibe. Owner came out with mosquito repellent for us. Also has an island dog that lounges under tables 🙂 absolutely worth visiting.
Very cozy bar, Pat who owns the place has built everything himself from scratch, the materials are from driftwood and things that others haven’t been able to use, the place is a must try if you are on Koh Lipe.
I didn’t think Lipe could get more chilled. Then I found this place. Away from the mayhem of Walking Street, just give it a visit and you’ll see.
