A really lovely tour agency. We were sold a tour by Noyna which did not end up working out for various reasons, however we still had a good trip and Noyna went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible offering us the chance to do the tour again. Her customer service was absolutely amazing she was so kind and caring and understanding of our situation and for this we are so so grateful. I would recommend this tour highly as yes it did not go right 100% the first time but I have not yet experienced a tour company which is so dedicated to customer satisfaction which to me is even more important, in case anything does not go to plan! Thank you Noyna!! ?
Tipper was reasonably priced and offered a lot of different options. We just booked them when we arrived on Phi Phi, for a next day private longtail boat tour for 3 people, for 4 hours. The woman who helped us book (Jang?) was incredibly nice and was very upfront that the weather might affect our plans. We really appreciated this. We unfortunately ended up with an incredibly windy day and the seas were very rough, so we had to change some of our destinations on the fly but the captain was very accommodating and we ended up having a really lovely day. While we couldn’t get to Maya Bay/Lagoon, we did get to do a lot of snorkeling and spend more time at other places. I’d recommend the private longtail tour to a group tour for this reason. We could go at our own pace and choose our spots. It was a great experience and we’d do it again!

We booked a private 6 hour boat tour around phi phi. Yam was very helpful with booking with great English. The rates were good for renting an entire boat for 2. Our boat driver met us as stated at 6.15 and was very efficient, friendly and nice and let us do our own thing. He was good with photos and advice too. We had an amazing time seeing all the sites, sunrise, snorkeling spots and, of course, monkeys!
