Hi I’m Mick. I had so much fun at the cooking class today.Thanks to Khun Pao for this amazing experience. The boat ride here was unlike any other I’ve had seen in Bangkok. The views of the old houses and temples were stunning. I’m tempted to wear a traditional Thai outfit and take some photos at a temple. I was so excited to learn how to make pad Thai and Thai green curry, since I love eating them. Thank you Chef Joy and Chef Liu for teaching me everything from preparing the ingredients to cooking the dishes myself. This is an experience I’ll never forget. I can’t wait to try other dishes next time.
Joyce and her staff were so kind and fun to work with. Chon was our teacher, and she kept us engaged and laughing the whole time! She made intimidating recipes seem easy and fun to make. They give you a book of the recipes to take home, and we can’t wait to recreate the meals for our families. Their facility was very nice, clean and inviting. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a hands on, authentic and memorable Thai evening.
