  1. Questo tempio assolutamente non turistico si trova a circa una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla fermata della BTS Bang Wa o ad una decina da quella della metro Bang Phai. Non ha la bellezza di Wat Pho o Wat Arun ma è interessante più dal punto di vista storico e religioso. Molto frequentato tra i thailandesi perchè devoti al famoso monaco che lo abitava, Luang Pu Toh, creatore dell’altrettanto famoso e prezioso amuleto Phra Pidta, un Buddha che si copre il volto con le mani. Non è uno di quei posti da non perdere ma se qualcuno passa magari a vedere il più conosciuto Wat Paknam nelle vicinanze, può fermarsi anche qui.
