We booked a trip with Lanta Private Taxi from the pier in Kho Lanta to our hotel solely for the reason of getting our one year old son safely from the pier to our accommodation. We checked and got confirmed that they could arrange a baby seat suitable for our needs. We also wrote a reminder to the company in advance, as the baby seat was important to us. The driver was meeting us on time and with a nice car, but he despite our efforts and booking, did not bring any baby seat. We pointed this out to him but it was of little interest to him and he did not make any effort to arrange one for us.Subsequently, if you are in a similar situation as we were, we would recommend that you choose another company which respect conditions of booking with a higher degree of diligence.
Booked a return trip from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta. The driver was waiting for us on arrival with a large clean comfortable vehicle and drinking water provided. Driving standard was very good. Return transfer was punctual again with large clean car. Communication before was good and no problems paying before travel with credit card. Would highly recommend this company.
I booked a transfer from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta, communication was smooth through email, our driver was punctual with a big and clean car, we were even given a bottle of water for everyone; on our return trip, we asked the driver to pick up some friends from another hotel nearby and he gladly complied without additional charge, thank you and I highly recommend this company!
Today, I took a ride from Krabi airport to Koh Lanta with Lanta Private Transfer. The driver picked me up at the airport holding my name on a sign. He also offered me a free bottle of water. The car was very luxury and spacious, it almost felt like a limousine. The legroom was tremendous.Driving was very good and very safe.
We took rides from Krabi airport to Loh Lanta and Koh Lanta to Ao nang. Brilliant services, it took 1 hour 40 mins from Airport to Koh Lanta, I don’t know why people say it is 3 hours. We travelled between 15 of Dec to 22 of Dec 2019. They were roght at where they needed to be at the given time, baby seat has been provided. Don’t forget to mention baby’s age on the request so you get the right size car seat.
Do not book taxi or van service with Mun Lanta Taxi Company. His vehicles are terrible and his drivers speak no English.
What a poor service! They are not reliable. O have requested a taxi twice even to a longer journey. They didn’t get back until now. For me not a trustworthy taxi service.
