I got my rescue diver cert here with Chris (dive instructor) and Song (divemaster in training) and I cannot recommend this place enough! Lisa was super helpful in organizing me and my friends certifications and helping us with housing and other suggestions on the island months prior to even arriving, the communication is amazing! Lee is also friendly and helpful with the planning! Great dive sites,& the boat crew is probably my favorite boat crew i’ve ever dove with; they are always smiling and always working hard (preparing us breakfast and lunch as well). All these little details are what make the dive shop stand out as truly 5 stars and one of my favorites i’ve ever dove withThanks to everyone for giving my friends and I an unforgettable experience.
Excellent dive centre, staff very professional and friendly. The boat is a large boat with plenty of space. The boat crew were also extremely helpful, we’ve booked to go back next year with them.
As a family we did our PADI Open Water Certificate, it was so easy to book in and organise in Australia prior to our arrival. We had a great instructor, Chris, who was extremely patient with all of us! On the boat, the equipment was great and the staff and food were excellent. The dive sites were beautiful we saw so many fish and sea creatures!
Had a great time getting AOW certification. They were extremely well organized and provided shuttle to and from my hotel. The staff were all great, but Steve in particular was extremely knowledgeable and made the dives both fun and informative. TBH, I was skeptical about using a slow boat vs fast boat but the slow boat was much more relaxing and comfortable. Lunch was included and was delicious. Highly recommended!
Did my padi open water with Chris and a fun dive with Victoria. Couldnt have been any better. Calm, friendly, professional and everything just perfectly organized. 10/10.
This February, I came for the fourth time to Lanta to dive with ADA, where I had earlier obtained my Advanced OW and Enriched Air. The Center still demonstrates truly five-star standards of its service, thanks to the efforts of Lisa to large extent. The Center offers rapid transfer from/to hotels, beautiful dive sites, good equipment, comfortable boat, nourishing breakfasts and lunches with fruits and drinks. The attitude of instructors and boat’s crew is always friendly and constructive. Lee helped me buying some equipment. Because of the 5-year pause in diving, I have passed a refresher exam and training in a pool that was instructively performed by Peter. Unfortunately, the skill in buoyancy was partially lost. Lisa kindly provided me with a personal guide for some time to restore this capacity. That was Corinna. She is a surely first-class teacher, very carefully monitoring the state of divers and their gear. In addition, she is an observant competent naturalist revealing many unobtrusive animals and showing them with her torch. During filling in a Log, she asked to list the most interesting objects in a “Comment” section and helped their identification with illustrated books.Again, I am much grateful to the team of Andaman Dive Adventure and highly recommend this Center to other divers.
I dived two days and we visited Koh Haa on the first and Hin Daeng and Hin Muang on the second. All were fantastic dive sites full of life. We dived in small groups and I felt looked after by my instructor Mui. The boat rides there were 1 hour on the first day and 3 hours on the second day but I didn’t mind this as the boat was large and comfortable and lunch, drinks, snacks were included. The dive school itself was well organised with competent staff and good value for money.
Decided to use Andaman after recommendation by nearby hotel. Spoke to Lee and explained previous equalisation issues diving in Egypt who reassured me that instructor would take me down slowly. Completed pool training and then 2 dives 1:1 with instructor. Shared boat with other companies as there were limited numbers diving. Everyone was really friendly and dives were excellent. I have now booked to do a PADI Open water course but sadly can’t complete this with Andaman. Would 100% recommend.
A wonderful dive outfit, who made our little adventure to Koh Lanta so worth it. Professional, dedicated, fantastic and friendly team who couldn’t do enough to help which made for a great diving experience despite difficult conditions getting to what’s quickly become one of my favourite dive sites, Koh Haa. Highly recommend, 5 star dive company.
Absolutely fantastic experience completing my open water cert with this company. From start to finish, the staff were wonderful and so helpful, very professional and friendly and the set up of the diving experience on the boat is top notch! A large and comfortable boat with great food, and seasickness pills available just incase you are prone to sea sickness like me. One of the few times in my life that I’ve been absolutely fine going out on a boat. The dive sites were perfect for the open water course and I saw so much life, and was even lucky enough to see a black tip reef shark on my second dive, along with a seahorse and a cuttlefish. (Not to mention loads of colourful reef fish and beautiful coral!)Don’t hesitate to book with this company, they have a seamless operation! I went with my boyfriend who has done a lot of dives previously and he felt that it was the most comfortable boat and diving experience he’d ever had!
