We used Filco to book our transportation within Bangkok and airport transfer. Excellent service, English speaking drivers, with clean vehicles.Midway from airport to hotel, I discovered that I had left my passport at the counter while purchasing a SIM card. I contacted the owner, despite being late in the evening, he was very helpful. The vehicle was turned around and I was able to successfully retrieve my passport.I will use this company again and recommend to family and friends.
Filco was very patient and worked with us for planning an event in khao Lak. They made all necessary changes as many times as it was needed without any fuss. The event went off without any problems and everyone enjoyed the same.
Filco travel arranged all the transport and ticket facilty for us in phuket,krabi, bangkok and pattaya.Needless to say but all the arrangements were fantastic including the pick ups and drops from all the airports.The best thing was punctuality, the cars were spot on time everyday.I would specially like to thank Mr Deepak for his help and he made sure that we dont face any problem.
My family and I were recommended Filco Travel by a family friend for our recent visit to Bangkok. We only had 1.5 days here and we wanted to make the most of our short visit. We had a list of places we wanted to visit, which Deepak – travel agent, made sure we were able to visit in the short visit and also recommended other must visit places as well. Additionally this was during the height of the coronavirus outbreak, which they made sure we were well aware of when we visited certain places where there might have been crowds and took precautions so we could be safe. The tour guides, William and Tin-Tin, were very well-informed about all the places we visited and very friendly. Furthermore, Deepak was very prompt in responding to our messages and very accommodating of our requests. They were also able to add a stop mid-trip when we noticed a place we wanted to see. We would highly encourage any one who wants to visit Thailand and more specifically Bangkok, to use Filco Travel for their visit. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
We visited Bangkok in February for a friend’s wedding and were in touch with Me Deepak for all our travel arrangements. The picks, drops and transfers were all very punctual with very able and friendly drivers. Mr. Deepak himself is very friendly and always provided us with the necessary info we may need before time. Amazing transportation service we did all our airport trips with this company. We used them four times and all drivers were great and nice luxury vans!!! Definitely recommend!!! When I come back to Thailand I will definitely be using this company.
