  1. There is a staff with very bad attitude. Also I was refused to get hotel discount because I checked out before I visited here. I stayed the hotel for one week and I feel heavily betrayed by this treatment. But spa was okay.

  2. Good location and convenient to go because it’s near bts Thonglor and Spa very clean by policy social distancing! I got very professional massage and best service!

  3. Beautiful and Quiet Onsen. Facilities are kept clean and are in very good condition. I visit this facility multiple times per week for the Onsen. I would highly recommend.

  4. The spa structure is fantastic! The exfoliating salts and massage oil are wonderful! I chose the green tea oil and the mandarin scrub. However, as it is a very busy spa, with great demand, I imagine that the masseuses barely have time to breathe. My massage was done by a competent professional, however, extremely agitated in touch and movements. I would have liked to have left there relaxed, but I had few feelings of relaxation, as everything was done quickly and automatically. It was a little frustrating actually.

  5. Walked across thong lo and saw this massage place and thinking to myself why not give it a try. It’s definitely more expensive than the normal massage place around but it’s definitely worth it.Did a thai massage and then went to the onsen. Thai massage is really good, very relaxing and I actually fell asleep until the session ends. For the onsen, it’s very nice and not really busy. Have multiple onsen to use and the environment is fantastic

  6. We booked a package including onsen and hot stones massage. Both experiences were first times for us and we are so glad we booked here. The venue is magnificent (lobby, baths, massage rooms, relaxing rooms). The staff is super welcoming and will help you find your way if needed, do not be scared to get lost because there will be a staff member to nicely help! The onsen experience was extremely relaxing, there are suggestions of routines you can do. The hot stones massage was excellent, with highly qualified masseuses. We 100% recommend the experience!

  7. Relaxing with great got pool facilities – feels like being back in Japan and is pretty tradional! The mango sticky rice and tea towards the end is a great end to your visit!

  8. Probably the worst service and massage me and my husband experienced in Thailand. And we stayed here for 8 months.First of all, nobody greet us, we just had to go and pay. I wanted to ask more information about facial, receptionist cut me off and ask me to pay. Secondly, nobody asked us in what part of bodies to concentrate during massage, whether we want relaxing or strong. Massage itself was very average, not relaxing at all. I asked to massage more my shoulders, all I got is just few pushes to it. We had to stop our massage as it was really getting uncomfortable. The lady who did my massage, pulled my arm really hard, I still don’t have sensation on my fingers.Lastly, NOBODY asked us how was the massage or even simple good bye. Reception was just too busy chatting with each other.Overall, horrible experience. Def never again. Bad client management. The only was good is mango sticky rice they give in the end.

  9. Been coming here for years. I try to go as often as possible. The facility is very well maintained and the staff is constantly cleaning. The massage rooms, onsen and reception area is also very well designed and timeless. The people that complain about the massage experience are probably not used to Thai style and every masseuse is a different experience. Some good and some are not so good. That’s just how it goes with spas. The only complaint I have is that it’s hard to book a massage cause they’re busy and I would have to say the receptionists (which there’s quite a few) are not the most friendliest. Theres this very well dressed older lady who is always kind and ask if everything was ok. Reminds me of being in Japan.

  10. Nice place. Very clean and good mango sticky rice. Had a great massage by Saranya but heard she left. Anyone knows where she went to?
