A good place to go for lunch and hangout. It is best though to hang out in the market area on the first floor. Take friends or colleague’s here for a casual quick but stylish bite.
I was here on a Saturday afternoon, and appreciated the Commons’s green space and good food. There’s a wide variety of choices on the ground floor, which has a food court layout. There’s a coffee shop named the Roast on the top floor; while I didn’t eat there, it had a very pretty rooftop garden. However, I didn’t pass any shops that I was interested in; I would recommend this instead as a place to eat and drink with friends.
An awesome collaberation between coffee lovers, foodies, artists, designers + more! This will soon be the hot spot in Bangkok for those looking for a more ‘respectable’ place to dine, drink, shop & enjoy their already limited & valuable time. All food outlets and coffee shops worthy of customers who pour their souls into the product / service they’ve chosen to sell/provide. Best coffee / breakfast I have had in Bangkok too. Very western style but with some young thai enthusiasm and creativity. Reminds me a lot of Ponsonby – Auckland, Melbourne – Australia, Duxton Road – Singapore.
its my favourite chillout place in the neighborhood specially because i can bring my dog with me which is quite a difficult matter in bangkok. lots of choices of food either just not on the cheapest side but still affordable and worth once in a while
I ventured to The Commons from my hotel on 49. It was a bit of a walk, but well worth it for a nice breakfast away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of great places to try. As a sustainability professional, also good to see community giving as part of their mission.
Visited The Commons on New Year’s Day. Everyone wanted something different so it was a perfect place for everyone to get what their palette asked for. Very trendy, live DJ, and great vibe.
TheCommons is beautiful. The parking is inadequate. We had to valet parking. There are restaurants for drinkers. There were young people playing the Internet. We didn’t have there.
We went to Roast for brunch and then went around the place. Commons is a very pleasant gathering place built for the surrounding community. There are lots of plants here and gives a very refreshing feeling. You see many people here hanging out and relaxing themselves. There are also many dining outlets yet.
It’s a mall that offers a different experience. Not your usual high street brand shops, instead many smaller pop-ups and local content. Food options aplenty. The place to people watch and be seen
Very hipster design and eateries – reminds me of the Dalston area in London. Very busy when we went Saturday night after #FindtheLockerRoom, but most of the eateries were closed. Still, great vibe and seems a cool place to grab eats and drinks during the day when more places are open.
