Excellent scooter rental service. You can order a scooter in advance through the website and pay with a Russian bank card. Rented a Vespa Primavera 150, the scooter was delivered in advance. The company quickly answers any questions on Whatsapp. Very satisfied.

As I was considering buying one, I rented a HONDA ADV 160 scooter with insurance, and received confirmation almost immediately by e-mail, with delivery to Phuket airport.A little confusion about the delivery location between the international and domestic airports. And first surprise, their support via WhatsApp proved to be extremely efficient. I never managed to catch them at fault, either in terms of solution, politeness or availability.Well thought-out detailsOn delivery, the bike was equipped with a first-aid kit and helmets (one or two, depending on demand).What I liked: I must admit I’ve rarely experienced such a transparent rental service: they check your license, ask you to take photos of the vehicle, show you any scratches, and when it comes to returning the bike, things are crystal clear both in terms of the modus operandi and the prices (if you don’t fill up, if you’ve lost a helmet, etc.). In short, clarity at all times.In conclusion;The return of the vehicle early in the morning at the airport, always in the same clear atmosphere and assisted via WhatsApp. All in all, if all businesses could operate with such professionalism, the world would be a much better place.I wish them all the best! From the moment we made the booking online she. we arrived in Phuket, it was so easy and very inexpensive. They even arranged an International Driving licence delivered to my hotel within 3 hrs of the booking so I had it well in advance. The bike was delivered on time and the rider explained where everything was and we were off ! We then decided to extend the booking g which we did by Whatsapp and communication was amazing. We also did not see a petrol station which sold 95 unleaded, so I informed them again via whatsapp and they immediately replied saying they would fill it, quoted the price per litre and send me a payment link. Incredible service !
Definitely the best motorbike rental company. Great and quick service. We rented a scooter for 5 days and after 1 day the battery was drained. We contacted them through WhatsApp and they quickly sent someone to change the battery. After a day we had issues with the bike again and we asked to get a new scooter which they quickly provided and brought us a new one to our location. For the inconvenience they gave us a refund for a whole days rental fee. Another great thing that they offer is that they deliver the bike to you and pick it up when you are done with no hassle. I have rented many scooters in Thailand and so far all of them have required a deposit (cash or passport) but Bikago offers insurance for a small fee and then you dont need to leave any deposit which was very good solution for us. Best rental company and very service minded and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Bikago is the place that everyone should rent a motorbike from. They’re legitimate you can make your booking online, they provide you with insurance which is not very common plus the worry free selection of receiving the bike at your accomodation and have it picked up from there as well. Value for money, safe, worry-free and excellent customer service. Kudos! I booked twice once in Bali and once in Phuket looking forward for the 3rd. 🙂
Rented a Honda ADV350, almost new. Bike did very well and Bikago rental provided excellent support, delivery on time at the hotel, I changed hotel and there was no problem to change their pickup address. Customer Service is excellent too very quick to contact on WhatsApp or email, willing to help. No dramas, from my experience totally recommended to rent with them, I will repeat.

I use to rent bikes and car very often and I can assure that Bikago Thailand was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The terms and conditions showed during the order have been changed at the pickup. In particular the document I had to sign reported that I couldn’t exit the Phuket and Krabi provinces. Why? I wanted to visit Trang as well. Anyway I had to change my plan because they could not accept that I would visit Trang…worst rental experience ever!
