Had a great experience with a private course with Petch and my girlfriend. We’re absolute beginners and Petch adjusted accordingly.
Yoga on the lagoon to start the day or the evening was the best. I loved having the opportunity to move on the mat in such gorgeous surroundings.I definitely can recommend Petch as a teacher. She is lovely, had a good voice and creates nice slow sequences. 🙏🏻 namaste ❤️
The classes with Petch are so special. The setting is magical, quiet serenity on the lagoon and Petch leads through gentle but deep exercises. She compliments her classes with meditation, chanting, aromatherapy to enhance the experience, checks and adjusts to include everyone giving each of us a lot of attention. The most fulfilling class I ever took leaving me balanced energetic and…. Happy! Thank you
During my stay at Klong Prao I’ve been six times to the yoga classes at Blue lagoon. I got lessons from three different teachers and all three of them were great. They were very experienced, qualified and knew how to deal with different people and different levels. And above all they were very friendly and patient. Thanks for the great lessons.
Marisa gives an amazing 90 minute session that just flies by. For me as a beginner in yoga it was easy to follow, yet challenging, just as for the more advanced yogi. Marisa explains the movements and their purpose well, yet gives a very steady and calming presence. She even uses scented sticks and balm in the session. The surroundings are amazing, looking out over the lagoon and the beautiful nature. Unfortunately we only have 2 days left here but I would happily spend every morning in this yoga class!
Blue Lagoon Yoga is wonderful and offered twice a day on the deck overlooking the lagoon. I enjoyed the morning class almost every day when I spent a month in Ko Chang in November. (The afternoon class at 4:30 or 5:00 cut in to our “cocktail” hour).The manager Marisa of this program is amazing. (half German/half Thai with the most soothing voice for Yoga ever!)She coordinates volunteer yoga instructors from around the world, which also adds to the whole experience.Would highly recommend.
Yoga in the morning or in the afternoon was always one of our day-highlights during our two weeks-stay in Blue Lagoon. We experienced different Yoga-styles (Hatha, Kundalini, Yin) because there were different Yoga Teachers during this two weeks. Also Nina from our Austrian neighborhood 🙂 – she was a very good teacher. It seems the Yoga Teachers there are experienced a lot and bring good vibes to this beautiful place at Blue Lagoon. And the setting at the lagoon was…amazing. The level is for Beginners and Advanced, so everybody can join.All in all, we highly recommend Yoga at Blue Lagoon.
We practised yoga for the first time while staying at Blue Lagoon and had a perfect time. We attended some of the morning and evening classes and both were really worth going! The classes were suitable both for us as beginners as well as the more advanced participants since the teachers adjusted their exercises according to the individual levels of the people who took part. We loved the quiet atmosphere during morning classes and the sunset views in the evenings. Strongly recommended! 🌅
During my stay at Blue Lagoon I participated in yoga classes almost every day, sometimes twice a day, and each practice was absolutely fulfilling. There were different types of Yoga (Hatha and Vinyasa) with two excellent teachers who adapted their flow and intensity of practice to the level of experience of participants. The surroundings are spectacular, the morning class just when the birds start to sing and the air is still fresh, or in the afternoon when the sun goes slowly down and the air cools down.I enjoyed every second of each class. Yoga flow was fantastic and very well instructed!Yoga twice a day at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with 400 baht per lesson. Was a great experience 🙂
