People working there have long term experience. You feel yourself relaxed and welcome. The room has good air condition and nice background music. The hour for massage vanishes with one eyeblink. Very popular and needs booking beforehand.
Our family of 4 adults went to Hatta Massage making reservations in the afternoon for later that same evening. We were happy they could accommodate us on short notice.We were greeted warmly and got salt foot baths to start. There were 3 tables in each curtained area/room. Three family members were in one “room” and I was led to another. The massage tables were partially separated by curtains but I could definitely see the other clients. 2 in our family asked for traditional Thai massages and I and my daughter had oil massages. We expected them to be similar to the ones we had in Chiang Mai – as we had ordered “oil massages” there too – but those were deep tissue massages but at Hatta we got more of a “relaxing” massage. That was disappointing because our knots really weren’t addressed. The masseuses were good with the smoothing technique they used but just weren’t effective for us. The two family members who got traditional thai massages reported high satisfaction with their massages. So I can highly recommend the Traditional Thai massage. I cannot recommend the oil massage unless you want a “shallow”, gentle massage. The massage spa we went to in Chiang Mai (for less cost) had private rooms and we each filled out an extensive form with descriptions of where we needed targeted work before the massage. That Chiang Mai massage experience was exceptional!I would have liked more privacy (like in Chiang Mai). The client who was in my area was making a lot of noise that was disturbing. The “rooms” don’t have real walls so everyone can hear everything and my family said they could hear the other client as well as any talking or whispering. That created an awkwardness that was not relaxing.After the massages, we were offered hot tea and candy. The staff was pleasant and professional at all times.I would suggest that the staff ask clients for more information (like in our chiang mai experience) so that the best massage style can be planned.
Once we tried it, we went there every day for the rest of our stay. It is a complete pleasure being there – starting from a conversation with a front door lady and ending with a deep oil massage or a Thai massage. I would definitely recommend visiting the place.
Amazing staff & owner who made the effort to schedule us in last minute although we showed up without a reservation. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful and the traditional Thai massage we had was beyond amazing. In a few words, warm welcome, great massage at an affordable price : must do in Koh Chang!
We visited there many times during our stay at Dewa hotel very nearby. I tried Thai massage, Oil massage, Foot massage etc. All treatments were very good, Foot massage was heavenly. Masseurs are professionals, unlike all the beach spas. The receptionist speaks good english. Lovely and welcoming place.

So far have visited two times and quality has been excellent both times. Place feels professional but pricing is good and not expensive.
