Nice quiet little haven, you need to pre book a slot as they are so busy.They have a menu of different massages, choose the one you want and you’re taken to a curtained off area. My husband and I got separated as I think they have male and female areas.

To start with, there is no toilet in this massage parlor let alone a shower. However, one of the ladies were kind enough to walk me to a toilet in a nearby store.A minor inconvenience to start with, but it got a lot worse.Almost as soon as the massage started, my masseuese’s phone rang, which she answered and proceeded to chat for several minutes while “massaging” me with one hand.It’s bad enough that the phone rang but totally unprofessional that she answered it and chatted away merrily.And then it happened again. And again, and again. A total of 4 phone calls.And finally when my girlfriend requested her to please put the phone on silent, she replied “After” in Thai which is not only unprofessional but rude.As for the quality of the massage itself, it was very poor. The worst part was when the masseuse massaged my thigh in the direction against hair growth, I have short hair as I wax and this was excruciatingly painful.My girlfriend’s massage was also below average.And the last bit that completed the disaster was a cat (yes, animal) walking freely under the massage table. That is so unhygeinic that you could catch a disease from it, or get scratched.I am baffled by how a place with such horrible service and low standards has over 70 5* and 4* reviews on TripAdvisor. This is the first time that trusting a highly rated establishment on TripAdvisor has led to a bad experience for me and I hope this review prevents others from being similarly mislead.
This is not a luxurious spa, it’s a rustic hut. It’s very good value for money and you gey what you pay for. It seems to be a family run place. They put kaffir lime peel on your pillow.My boyfriend and I had massages side by side. I was very entertained by the small thai lady trying to bend his 6ft3 frame into all sorts of stretches with surprising ease. I had the aftersun treatment and a facial. Both were superb. A great activity for a rainy day.
Went here twice and the foot massage is very good. Pleasant welcoming staff. Wish I could return. Sadly I’m back in the uk now very professional
You’ll get a great massage here – simple but much better than the ones at the beach. I had a Thai massage and it was challenging for my body (which it should be)… The lady put lemon peel under my nose and the oil for the facial part of the massage had a gorgeous orange note to it – so nice that I bought I bottle of it to take home…Book in advance though as Sima quickly gets booked up especially in the evenings… not surprised as it’s excellent!
The massage was absolutely ok, but nothing too special. I had a herbal massage, the herbs were really good and comfortable.
The best Thai massage in Koh Chang . The staff is amazing and they are very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. Amazing also the foot massage . Very friendly and recommended spot
