Exceptional place to learn Muay Thai, western boxing, and Krabi Krabong in Bangkok. I have been to over 10 different gyms in Bangkok over the years and in my opinion Master O is the one that most tries to improve technique and take everyone a few steps further no matter what the starting level is. Every instructor is really engaged, knowledgeable and patient, Master O is a true master craftsman that loves what he does; despite me being slow he and the whole team have always shown patience and perseverance. What’s most is that no matter how young the instructors are they all can teach a lot and all focus on technique and can tirelessly correct your mistakes in a friendly way making every lesson enjoyable. Visiting there is easy to grasp a sense of how Master O has put together an excellent team and has taught even very young trainers to be attentive, passionate and sensed in giving feedback and directions.
Master O is by far the best Muay Thai teacher I have ever had. I have learned Muay Thai in different gyms from different countries, but learning from Master O in Master O Muay Thai Academy, I can say as the most effective and efficient one. Having trained level 1 and 2 Krabi Krabong with Master O years back, I knew his teaching style works. This time round, completed 15hours private Muay Thai sessions.Each private session:Typically comprises of warm-up, shadow boxing, focused technique(s) for the day, drills, padwork, bagwork and stretching. During final training, Master O consolidated all the learning and I’m impressed at the significant improvements I’ve made!Master O:He explains patiently the rationale for certain movements and makes one feel at ease. He has an eye for details. Remarkable how a slight change in one’s posture can change the entire execution.Takeaway:Learnt a lot and yet there’s loads more to learn! Wished I had started out Muay Thai with Master O from the get-go.Gym itself:Clean, vibrant and welcoming. Helps there’s great ventilation. Variety of kicking and punching bags too.Getting to the gym:From Chong Nongsi BTS take a motorbike taxi. On average cost me 30baht and you’ll arrive within minutes. Hang on tight as they tend to ride pretty fast!
By far the best place to train in Muay Thai in Bangkok, if not in the whole of Thailand! Master O is a professional and expert in his field; his calm, precise and knowledgeable teaching style has helped me to impove my skill, confidence and fitness over the last year and a half. I would strongly recommend the 1:1 sessions (from beginners to pro fighters) because you always come away having learnt something new or perfecting a particular technique. You will have an authentic experience in the art of Muay Thai here with trainers who genuinely care about your progress whatever your goals and having lots of fun along the way. The brand new gym is excellent, stylish and clean with a good friendly atmosphere for men, women and youngsters. It’s a privilege to train here and I always recommend to friends.

Incredible experience! If you’re in Bangkok and want top-of-the-line Muay Thai training, this is your spot. I traveled from Canada and this gym was the top of my list to train at. The technique, patience, and ability to teach from Kru Ohm was better than I could have imagined. He was motivating and extremely knowledgeable. Master O was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. I visited Master O’s gym in April while I was in Bangkok for a couple of days. I booked a private session with Master O himself (my coach from Australias coach) and couldn’t be happier with session. Master O’s attention to detail is next to none. I came away from the session with so many pointers on how to improve my technique. He also speaks amazing English and is very friendly. The gym is also super clean and the other trainers I met were great. I will 100% be visiting Master O’s every time I am back in Bangkok.
