What’s not to like, stunningly mouth-watering food, and superb first class merchandise. The display of the food is so beautifully done, artistic and neat and very tempting. The displays of merchandise is so enticing, I think I must have spent an hour just looking at all their goodies.
I’ve eaten at this location 3 times and overall the experience is good. Best menu item I’ve had so far is eggs benedict. Coffee also is good and I would rate at a 4/5I’ll be back
Went to the cafe at emquatier . Nice but portions really small . Hope to have larger portion . Nice service staffs . Because of the nice impression, went to another one near chong nonsi. And one of the lady staff there wow me with her knowledge of the products and professionalism that I seldom see in bangkok . Keep it up . Because of such service it upholds the brand distinctive and luxury exclusivity. Supposedly decide to not buy more than I need .But in the end because of such excellent and professional service rendered I bought more . I couldnt compliment enough . There have been too many reviews of Dean & Deluca so I will focus my write-up on the pluses of the Sathorn Square Tower outlet. These are service and ambience.Service. The wait staff are world-class is both their friendliness and competence. They are quick to offer a warm smile so lately lacking from many retail outlets in Bangkok. They make newbies (to both the city and the store) feel welcome as regular patrons. They will immediately approach browsers and invite them to take a seat.Competence is evident in how they can rattle off the ingredients of the dishes and make useful recommendations. While language (or more succinctly, pronunciation) is still a challenge for most of the MCLV countries, the wait-staff at this outlet were very patient.The outlet invested well in both the curation of the sale items as well as the layout to ensure that particular Dean & Deluca ambiance. The main Dean & Deluca outlet at Sathorn Square is huge compared to their normal outlets. It has tables scattered throughout the store amongst its shelving of gourmet groceries so as you eat you can select jams and other exotic imports. However they seem to be a bit short staffed, or it might be just the size and layout of the store as it often took awhile to catch a waiters attention. Limited menu but good sized US portions of food a bit pricy. Lots of trendy people there so it is the place to be seen to eat and shop. A minutes walk to the BTS so avoid the horrid Sathorn road traffic.
This is a regular grazing place for us in Bkk. However today we had to get someone’s attention just to take our order. After 20 minutes one meal arrived and it was stone cold. Again had to almost hijack someone to get it taken away. In the meantime the second meal never came. 40 minutes in I asked for the manager to find out what’s going on. The reply was the kitchen is busy. My answer get up and walk out. Don’t seat people and take orders if you can’t deliver In fact the place was half empty. They were doing some catering job on the side. Meanwhile loyal customers were left with cold food or starving. Great job …. not

Overall the foods and drinks here are considered good and serving is considered generous. Price are reasonable compare to similar types of restaurant. Environment setup is nice and comfortable.
A very upmarket venue in The Cube ground floor. Very good service. The thai coffee was very enjoyable. Lots of people seemed to be sharing a slice of pizza as a starter which is a bit strange.
