I have never had a massage before as I feel very self conscious about people touching me, but the hotel gave us a coupon to use as a gift for our honeymoon so we tried it out. First of all the spa is beautiful, very inviting and relaxing. We were greeted by Fern at reception who was very welcoming and polite and got us our robes. We had a full body massage and were seen by two wonderful spa therapists Dao and Aon. I had a very gentle massage focusing on my back and my neck as i was a bit cramped on the flight over and it was very gentle but firm and so relaxing. They always asked if we were ok and if we wanted more pressure etc, very professional and attentive. I think my husband even walked better for the whole holiday after having all his muscles kneaded and his bones clicked haha. Cannot reccomend this experience enough if you want a bit of relaxation after exploring bangkok. So, so worth it and such wonderful staff.
A really modern hotel, great stay for sure! Very welcoming and helpful staff. Chefs did an amazing job with the variety of breakfast they provided – kudos to them! Rooms & spa were of high quality!
Since I stayed in the hotel, I went to the spa twice. I had their 90 mins spa package on the day I arrived, it was a good combo – coconut shell walk (like foot reflexology) followed by a scrub then massage. Then I went again the last day before heading to the airport. I enjoyed the Thai herbal massage (👍🏻👍🏻) and the therapist is Wa. She is very professional. Hotel guests will have 20% discount on the A la cart menu. A reasonable price for hotel level. Overall the experience is good.

It was a very great massage i loved wa she was professional and the massage was relaxing. It had the perfect temperature and pressure. I will definitely come back again for another massage.
