I was a little hesitant, having chosen a tour operator on the internet, but Cecilia made me feel perfectly at ease. I did a personalized trip to Thailand, three days in Bangkok with excursions included, 4 days in Krabi, three days on Phi Phi Island, three days Phuket. All with transfers including both internal flights and sea transfers. Very comfortable hotel. Excellent rating. Exceptional punctuality of the drivers, arrival by sea at rarely frequented boarding points. Fantastic trip, shame I did it alone.I also thank you for suggesting that I fly with Turkish Airlines, an exceptional company, I flew in economy, but immediately behind the business and I saw that in business, even on flights to and from Italy, not just on the Istanbul / Bangkok flight, they have the cook on board… just a chef with a chef’s hat!!! Friendly and attentive crew.

Holiday in Thailand from 24 April to 8 May. The agency built us a package based on our preferences and we were very satisfied: Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Sukhotai, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Koh Kood island. Once in Thailand the agency looked after us from the first to the last day with the utmost seriousness and competence, all the staff were very kind and helpful at every moment of the holiday. Our package included all lunches (excluding koh kood), an Italian speaking guide for each visit and a driver with pick up for all trips. Special mention for Marco Thai, the guide who accompanied us for 5 days, always very attentive to our needs and very prepared in every circumstance. All the hotels we stayed at included breakfast, were clean and in convenient locations for travel. For those who are undecided about which island to choose, I can say that we loved Koh Kood, forget about the nightlife and the clubs, you just relax! There are no cars except taxis, you can get around the whole island with rented scooters (families with children are a little penalized, I recommend choosing a beach resort) and the beaches are beautiful. To conclude, if you want to have a worry-free holiday in Thailand, rely on Happy Viaggi Thailand!
Trip organized long before, through the contact of Happy Trips such Mario a real incompetent.We relied on this Mario to arrange travel to Indonesia and Malaysia, to be precise stay of five days in Kuta Lombok, five days in Gili and three days Kuala Lumpur.Arrived in Kuta, we are in a dilapidated Holiday hotel, see review done. We contact Mario who proposed the hotel complaining about the conditions etc… We are then assisted by Alberto who says a lot of things and in fact does nothing. The Komang Excursion Guide seen on site the hotel, we find accommodation at the Aruna hotel in Sanggigi paying a difference of 50 euros for the remaining days of your stay in Kuta. Hotel more than deserving and remarkable would give five stars, services etc…We make representations and in the meantime the journey continues to the Gili Islands and Kuala, satisfied say with the location etc… Two days before the return we are contacted and told that we will be returned 125 euros each for a mistake on the accounts.Absurd if I may say, with that money we could have made the same trip and stayed in five-star hotels. Mario a real incompetent, who sold a product without knowing what he was selling, Alberto did his own to fix the situation and komang the Tour Guide was the one who solved the problems even if it was probably not up to him to do it. There is regret because to us a difference of a hundred euros on the trip, would not have changed much. But again we could have stayed in the same places but in “luxury” hotels, instead of staying in a dump for two days. For the rest the places and everything seen are very beautiful and are what we were looking for.
I booked a holiday with Happy Trips for August 2024 (August 7 to August 22) to the island of Java and Bali with another family of friends for a total of seven people. Mr. Mario was very helpful both before booking and during the trip for any kind of clarification or request.The trip was organized very well and what we really liked was the possibility of a personalized tour with Guide and driver at our disposal.

I had found this tour operator on the internet I contacted and immediately gave me confidence Mr. Mario was immediately helpful and very competent organized me a wonderful trip with all the movements between planes and ferries never seen such a punctuality and then we made them all with maximum punctuality since arrival in Bangkok transfer to the hotel day after transfer to the airport x Krabi from Krabi to the port to take the boat to reach the island of Koh Yao Noi and then the return as above everything perfect. To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first….I always preferred to rely on my travel agency when I needed support to organize a trip. This time though, I chose Happy Viaggi to “build” a tour in Thailand with my daughter. The balance sheet is certainly positive. Mr. Mario’s assistance was invaluable and, although everything can be perfected (improve communication with the staff waiting at the airport, identify, if possible and if necessary, guides speaking understandable Italian, evaluate the offer of hotels near the airports), I am happy to have chosen Happy Viaggi.

We asked Happy Viaggi to organize a trip to Thailand and Laos after we had already traveled with them to Cambodia and Indonesia a few years ago.
