Me and the wife add an excellent days fishing here, absolutely loved it, no tackle or bait needed as its all included in the day ticket, place also provides guides to help and assist you thought out the day if needed, owned and managed by two England lads ( top guys) site as all facilities at hand, toilets, restaurant, bar drinks and refreshments, and more importantly big fish 30/40+ excellent experience, and great value for money
What a fantastic day! Peter and the crew went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Fishing was awesome with many different fish landed. Food was spot on and Peter drove us to a hotel he knew as we hadn’t booked one. Be sure to spend a day here if you are down in Pattaya, you”ll have a ball 🎣😁👍
Visited the lake late in December 2018 for a days fishing with my old man. Contacted Peter through Facebook and he was very helpful booking us in including a pick up/drop off from our hotel. Arrived at the lake and was offered a nice mug of coffee as the guides set up our swim. It wasn’t long before we both hooked into a Siamese Carp each to kick off the session. A good number of fish followed, myself landing a PB of a 57lb Siamese Carp and the old man landing a 100lb Arapiama. Overall between us we caught 10 fish of 5 different species. A top location, great guys running the lake and a well looked after facility. Food was good and beer brought to you throughout the day on request. Big shout out to our guide who was incredibly helpful, really knew the lake and the fish’s behaviour, a great assett to have when chasing big fish.Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a good days fishing. Thanks lads, a great day all round.

My son and I fished at castaway today 17/1/19. We opted to be picked up by the lakes taxi, this was faultless on time and pleasant driver.When we got to the lake we were greeted by the staff and within 20 minutes we were fishing. The fishing was good ad all the fish were in excellent condition and were treated well on capture and returned safely.I have fish lakes in Thailand before and to be honest the cleanliness left something to be desired but not at castaway toilet area was spotless the kitchen area was spotless and food and drink were reasonably priced.Anybody in to fishing and wants to get away from the madness of Pattaya for a day,this is the place to go.Castaway 5 star service well doneChris & JordanBrien from Warrington uk

My wife ruvielyn and I Joe from the state of Montana USA…..Spent the entire day fishing at the castaway’s fish farm…in Pattaya Thailand.We where greated at the sight….asked sunny or shaded area….we picked shady.We where there fifteen minutes first bite right away..lost it…Four other bites after that no hook ups….ate lunch delivered to our fishing spotWhich was very good….people fishing at the farm where pulling fish in like crazy..We did not catch a fish until about. 2 pm and I lost both of them…big ones.!!!We finally landed a nice fish..my wife…about 5 pm or so…And I landed one about fifteen minutes after on her pole…lol..lol..she let me reel it in…We had a fishing guide that stayed with us to net the fish..un hook it..take pictures.And released back to the water unharmed….Thanks crew at castaway’s…..tip your giude….My apologies to Pete’s son trying to instruct my wife while reeling in her fish..I get just a little excited at times… didn’t mean any harm…Go fishing here you will be glad you did….Joe and ruvielyn SmithMontana USA
Had a couple of wonderful days here – caught 8 species of fish on my first day including the one I really wanted to – an arapaima (was huge !!). The 2 owners Peter and Jon were very welcoming and Johns wife Tak cooked me a delicious Thai meal each day. I hadn’t fished for a while so could have caught the fish I did without the help of Leng (thanks buddy). Will visit again on my next trip
Overall a nice experience. I enjoyed the 1st day so much that I came back 2 days later. Landed 4 species of fish but couldn’t bring in an arapaina estimated at 7 ft 180 lbs.
Fished several lakes over a two week holiday. Without doubt this is the only place I would return. Myself and a friend arrived at 9.00am and did not stop catching all day long. Help and assistance was always on hand when needed. We caught double figures of fish including personal bests and a great finish whit an arpriama 90lb. Other fish were 40+lb Siamese carp and 30+ red tail catfish. One rare carp. Great location and fantastic assistance.
