This is a must!!Such an amazing day outThe children and adults alike all loved it hereWe got to hand feed animals fruit and vegetablesWhich was an amazing experience Being so close to elephants was mind blowing, we fed them and they were so gentleThe food and drink in the cafe was delicious too
I thought it was a sanctuary for elephants but I was very disappointed.3 elephants not looking happy, 2 with chains on their legs. And set up for paid elephant rides, photos with tourists for money.Apart from that 3 parrots, goats, sheep, snake but looked very neglected. Small cafe for drinks.A show, ladyboys dancing but not in any coordination, poor singing, most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen.
it was nice trip , we had nice time they have several activity beside elephants , the elephants is ok , we had the card riding too .
This place was way better than it needed to be. I thought it would just be an elephant ride but it’s so much more. Get the watermelon smoothie for the complementary drink.
DON’T RIDE THE ELEPHANTS, can you imagine their pain to do something like that? Go in a Sanctuary! don’t make rich people like them
Don’t go there, another tourist trap here in Pattaya. The entrance is free for Thai people but not for tourists. The park is small, the show is bad and they extra charge you for everything (pictures, the bad show…they told me there’s one drink included in the entrance but no beer ?Just safe your money and don’t go.Cheating from the taxi to the show……..trap
The elephant ride was a lot of fun and they even walk into the water (don’t worry, you won’t get wet). The place itself was not too great, but the there’s a cool cafe where you can feed the elephants in the water. The show was terrible, just some ladyboys dancing around with a bird and a snake.
I loved the elephant village. I feel like I should have opted for the bath session, their prices are very reasonable. I fed the elephants which is a bit scary since I’ve never been so close to such big animals. They were very friendly and seemed happy
So…dont bother trying to book a hotel pick up if youre a solo traveller. They refused.I booked online at 5am (approx) for the 12:30 show/experience whatever.Received acknowledgement of the booking.Emailed 3 times enquiring what time was pickup (as id clearly listed it in my booking). No response.Rang 4 times. Each time i asked ‘what time is pick up?’ The person on the phone hung up on me.The FIFTH time i finally got someone to discuss the matter. At 12:20…She explained that they dont pick up single persons from hotels. Also that pick up is 100baht on top of the 1600 baht entry.I pointed out that their website says 1200baht for online bookings and NO mention of a charge for hotel pickup. She then said ‘no its 1600 baht and 600 pickup. We can pick you up now for the 3:30 show – pickup for 12:30 was at 10:30’I said ‘but you dont pick up solo travellers’Her ‘That is correct’Me ‘so thank you for wasting my entire day’.She then hung up.Dont give them your money. They have no idea wtf theyre doing and say whatever comes to mind at that instant. At some point later that day i received an email ‘confirming’ (again) my booking for a show that had already finished. THIS ‘confirmation’ showed the 10:30 pickup time. Which was lacking on the original confirmation. Smacked of someome covering their behind…Go to the elephant jungle sanctuary. Theyre awesome.
Not a great experience , show embarrassingly bad, not much interaction with elephants and their general welfare looked bad.Would not recommend.
