Went to Fit on Lanta during my 1 month stay at Koh Lanta. The gym offers classes and open gym. Since I have my own programming and went for open gym and they had all the stuff I need to go through my work out. Robert the owner is a very nice guy and we even made some team Wods together. Highly recommend.

I was super excited to stay down the street from this gym. A friend of mine from my box back in west palm told me about this place so I had to stop in even though I was on my honeymoon. Everyone was so nice and welcoming…. the workouts were intense and I loved it! I dropped in twice! I ended 2019 there and started 2020 there.Highly recommend it!
Best gym on Lanta! Good barbell equipment if you want to more than just curls and bench press.The owner Robert is really friendly and he is coaching the classes with a good eye for technicue and great enthusiasm.

What an awesome place! I highly recommend coming to this box (both beginners and experienced trainers) if you are in Thailand! The classes are well planned including good warm-up and then both strength and metcon sessions. On Saturdays there is always an amazing team workout that can’t be missed! Robert is a very friendly coach and makes you work harder and harder. The atmosphere in the box is really friendly! There is also an open gym every day, so you can also practice your own workouts.I can only recommend this box to everyone!Thank you Robert!
It is a well equipped Crossfit box, which has everything one needs for proper training.The place is brand new, so all tools are in perfect condition.If Crosdfit is not your thing – just attend an open gym session.The most important aspect is an amazing team which runs this place. I truly enjoyed training here during my stay on Koh Lanta.
I have just wrapped up a month on Lanta and trained every day at Fit on Lanta. I purposely came to train uninterrupted in a healthy and warm climate for a month, and Fit on Lanta met and exceeded ALL my expectations. I am a retired 53 year old and while I take my health and fitness seriously, I still struggle to maintain great fitness throughout the year. I have done plenty of functional training, but am far from expert and not in top physical condition. Robert and Hanna have such a great facility and culture they’ve buillt. Supportive, and will push you to and beyond your limit if you’re open to it. They happily offer plenty of modifications to every movement if you’re not up to what it being suggested, or perhaps just not ready. No judgement, just supportive. In my month, I saw literally a cross section of everyone show up, some first timers, some unbelievably fit competition ready athletes, and lots of folks showing up day after day to just stay fit and healthy. All shapes and sizes. As long as you’ve got a attitude that a little discomfort and are willing to sweat, I believe you will love it. Well equipped, plenty of space, really awesome, open, airy, green (lots of plants) industrial feel…….with a really great team and vibe. I will for sure come back and train. The one thing I didn’t bring and wish I had due to how much you sweat is some crossfit grips/gloves. No chance of finding a pair here. Cannot say enough good things about Robert and Fit on Lanta.
