  1. We did one class of Vinyasa Yoga at Lanta Yoga and we just loved it. It is located in the outside in a really calm area with lovely surroundings. The Yoga itself fitted my skills and was taught very professional. Highly recommended!

  2. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a beginner wishing to add an extra layer of chill to your island experience, I highly recommend Caroline’s morning Vinyasa Flow class. Set in a lush green garden, the outdoor sala allows you to focus on a tree, flower or passing butterfly as you breathe deeper into your pose! All classes I attended were tailored to all levels and very accessible while Caroline herself is extremely welcoming and encouraging. After every lesson I felt refreshed and positive; the classes really added to my trip to Ko Lanta.

We have visited Lanta Yoga several times during our stay on Ko Lanta.The yoga is a flow yoga where everyone can participate at their own level.The sala is up towards the forest and it’s quite quiet with soft breezes. It really feels nice and relaxing here.The teacher is English speaking, natively.

  4. I spent a couple weeks on Ko Lanta and was so pleased to be able to attend Caroline’s class. She is the most accepting teacher, encouraging students to relax and be very kind to ourselves during the practice. She is a master at teaching all levels. I’ve done yoga for over 20 years and some in the class had never practiced. She was able to offer a practice that worked for everyone. Classes are challenging with standing poses and vinyasas, and given at a relaxed pace focusing on breathing. I highly recommend these classes for all levels. And as bonus you get 10% off at Fruit Tree Cafe for an after class snack!

  5. I really love the surrounding of this place! I arrived 15 minutes earlier, I looked around, sat down and listened to all the birds and cicadas. It’s a great place for yoga! Caroline is a very friendly, open teacher and welcomes everyone, no matter what! All levels are welcome. I loved her focus on your breathing and on yourself, good vibes around! Just to mention: The flow and the poses can be scaled, but it’s a bit challenging if you are untrained or never done yoga before. But there are always options. So if you are keen on some exercising yoga in the morning – please do join!
