Wat Teskedhammanawa (Tha Sai) is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 84160, Thailand
Perfect stop off place on way to or from seeing the turtles in Thai Mueang. I am advised the beach is part of the national park, therefore there are no bars, cafes or other developments, but permission was given and a Wat was built last year (?), right on the edge of the beach. The carvings of the shutters are beatiful and inside is just teak floor and marble Bhudda. The peace and tranquility of the Wat with the sounds of the waves in the background is entrancing. I suggest a visit if you are passing – before it gets discovered
The temple’s stunning architecture and proximity to the beach offer a unique, tranquil experience for visitors seeking calm and spirituality.
