Wat Krok Krak is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 188 Tham Ku Na Khorn Rd. Krok Krak, 74000, Thailand
I was taken here to see the shrine and this Wat is right in the grounds so you get two for the price of one . Well worth a wander around if you are in the Town.
Must have the coolest Buddha image in Thailand with the sunnies. Read Richard Barrows story on why this is so.Also known as Wat Krok Krak or Wat Gaw Krahk.
This is a place to visit when planning to buy second hand products like clothes. They are really cheap and most of them are all in great condition, it’s like you buy something new. One of the things that I love here also is the food, especially the fruits, they are cheaper compared with the other markets, based from my experience. The market is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays afternoon. If you are planning to buy branded products, then, I guess this is not the right place for you.
Small temple famous for statue of Buddha with sunglasses. It’s quite small and generally uneventful place.Free of charge for visitors. Good, traditional, local snacks are sold next to main road and this was a main highlight of our visit here.
