  1. Ao Noi is only 200 meters long, but is one of the gems of any visit to Ko Kut, an island on the Thai-Cambodian maritime border. The fine white sand on the beach slopes gently down to the turquoise waters of the bay, making it a very safe place for families with young children.A wooden pier juts out across one end of the bay and you can look right down to the sandy bottom and watch shoals of small fish.To get to the beach you must pass through Ao Noi Resort, which is the only accommodation on this beach. For anyone interested in ecological issues, at one end of the beach there is a mangrove swamp where a river runs into the bay. It is a breeding ground for crabs, prawns, shellfish and fish and many aquatic birds can be spotted.

  2. Definitely our favourite beach during the entire trip to Thailand. This is a hidden little gem on Ko Kut (Koh Kood) island – with white sand, clean water and almost no company for most days we stayed. Don’t be afraid to pass by the Ao Noi Resort – nobody will give a damn. I desperately want to return one day.

  3. Seldom have I been in a place in Thailand that “is like it was twenty years ago” – but Ko Kood is like that. Quiet, beautiful, unspoiled, relaxed, friendly. Amazing. There are better beaches on Ko Kood than this one, but I’m not putting them on TA – let them be secret a little while longer. Ao Noi is dominated by one resort, which although has plentiful huts, isn’t imposing of the area, and actually, adds to it – for example, the wooden pier is a gentle addition and chairs are nice to relax on. The beach isn’t large – but you’ll be sharing it with, oh, as many as 7 people and you’ll have to be prepared to share the sea with one other person! The sand is super fine, just off white, the sea turquoise blue and the background, coconut palms. Some people dream of such places and never see them. I was lucky to be one of those who’s dreams came true.

  4. We had to sneak thru a hide end resort to get to this beach but it is worth it. One end of the beach is just mudflats and rocks but walk further along and you are rewarded with a beautiful bay, clear water, good snorkelling by the pier and crystal clear waters for swimming in It is worth checking out, this is one of our favourite beaches on the island

  5. When we come to this resort owner says that we need pay 100 THB for entrance . And don’t show to us owner document about private territory and paid beach . Because in Thailand all beach is public, and no one person doesn’t prohibit the use of the beach . We are so sad about this situation (

  6. Currently there is no entrance fee, as I read in reviews from a few years ago. You park the scooter at the entrance to the resort and continue on foot along a beautiful path that crosses the resort. The beach has unique colors! The small bar has excellent prices and large fresh coconuts, we sat and admired the sea with its colors for hours… a paradise! We didn’t swim because it was low tide, but it’s definitely worth it….Sore point: some waste set aside behind the palm trees ?
