Riktigt bra tränare, skön stämning, vi tränade här varje dag! Man kan även köpa shorts, och egna lindor om man vill
Ich habe zwei Wochen auf Ko Chang verbracht und täglich bzw. jeden zweiten Tag in diesem Gym trainiert. Es findet ein one by one Training statt, nicht wie in anderen Gyms ein Gruppentraining. Zuerst selbständiges aufwärmen, schattenboxen, Sandsack und danach werden jedem die Pratzen drei bis fünf Runden gehalten. Auf Wunsch haben die Trainer dann noch mit einem Sparring gemacht. Es gab Tage da war ich allein im Training und manchmal waren wir zu viert. Da ich schon in sehr vielen Gym’s in Thailand trainierte habe, kann ich sagen, es ist fürs fit halten während des Urlaubs voll in Ordnung. Die Jungs waren alle nett und für 500 THB pro Training kann man echt nichts sagen. Zur Wettkampfvorbereitung würde ich allgemein einen anderen Ort mit grösseren Gym’s empfehlen. Ich würde hier jeder Zeit wieder trainieren.
