Went all over Thailand for our honeymoon, and Chang Mai was our favorite spot, mainly because of our private tour guide Charlie. He took us to the most spectacular national parks, wonderful and authentic restaurants, temples in the mountains and an elephant sanctuary! Everything deserves 5 stars all around. He was extremely helpful with any questions or suggestions we had when we explored on our own as well. Can’t wait to go back and visit him as we explore more of this amazing place!
Fern was a very fun, motivating instructor. We appreciate the pick up and drop back at the hotel.Very organized classes and the recipes/ foods were excellent, better than any Thai food that I ate .Recommend to upgrade to air conditioning especially if you tend to attract mosquitoes.Very instructive and enjoyable class.
We had great fun at this cooking course and made 5 different things with lots of choice for different dietary needs. Our teacher was great – very enthusiastic! The food was delicious and the whole experience was very well organised. Highly recommend!!

Some of the best food I had in Thailand. We made three dishes, out of a selection of nine. Instructors are so friendly, well organized, and upbeat. I went solo but made acquaintances, and the cooking (and eating) was really fun. I’m so glad they gave us cookbooks of their recipes so I can make these dishes for friends at home.
