Banphrayalanna Massage for Health is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 21 Soi Sainampheang, 50200, Thailand
This establishment was recommended by several people in my tour group as being a wonderful place to get a great massage. It was also convenient as it was immediately next to our hotel (BED Nimman) A two-hour, full body massage cost the equivalent of about $14 and was worth ten times the price. All the knots in my shoulders and neck and the cramps in my feet and the backache from too much time riding an elephant at a nearby sanctuary were kneaded away. This was just a special. There are many other kinds of massage packages available, all very reasonably priced. you owe it to yourself to try it. And, for those of you are modest, as am I, you don’t have to strip naked (unless you want to) – a soft blouse and shorts are provided.

My husband and I had a couples aromatherapy massage. The whole experience was beautiful. We were given iced tea before. We then had a 90 minute massage which was superb. So relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. We both agreed that we should have gone for the 2 hour treatment as it was so good. After we were given fruit and ice cream and tea. The whole thing cost 1400 baht which was a real bargain.

We arrived late one evening and they took us right in. Good Thai massage in a quiet room was helpful for the overall effect. The mats on the floor was good and quality of massage was excellent. In the end the provided tea was relaxing before departing. Will return again.
Wonderful spa!! Clean room and relaxing atmosphere which was not crowded and very peaceful / zen. We were greeted with cold tea and afterwards hot tea with Thai dessert. We walked in and did not make reservation and lucky were able to get in right away. Prices are very reasonable! The Thai Massage + foot Massage + head & shoulder massage was so relaxing with the right amount of pressure. Would recommend and surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. Compared to the other spas in the area this one felt very professional ( decor, staff, service level). This spa is outside the old city (in nimman area) but easy to get to. The spa does accept visa but with 2% additional service.
The masseur who help me massage look like a part time masseur. They didn’t wear uniform and didn’t provide professional technique. They put towel on my body to do massage, after that, they put back the towel on the bed, seems like will re use again without clear it. I have doubt about their hygiene.
The best thing I can say about Banphrayalanna is that I return to massage at this place often. I come here for the first time some one and a half year and since than at last twice a month they see me. Professionals from start to the end, quality facilities, quality staff and all of this at a very good price. Should not say that is cheap because we all would like it cheaper but is incomparably better value for money than many other places in town and having lived here for 6 years I know most of them.
We had our first couple massage in Thailand in this place and it was a great and cheap experience. The masseuses were very kind, smiling and professional. We had a welcome drink, an after drink and the place was super beautiful. We definitely recommend this place.
