I had an amazing experience renting a car with Meet Car and Motorcycle Rental. I checked the area for car rental places and this place had nothing but five stars and now I see why! From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly attendant who was eager to get me on the road with a vehicle. They only required a copy of my international drivers license and passport (which they copy themselves, they do not ask to hold your passport at all, in fact they made it sound like they didn’t want it. This was a huge PLUS to me). The rental agreement seemed to be a standard agreement and there were no ridiculous or unfair policies. They carefully inspected the vehicle before renting it to me marking any areas that are damaged so that I don’t get charged for those. The price was super reasonable as well! We got a smaller car and it was perfect. The car was clean and well maintained. It gave us no issues while driving it through the mountains and held up really well (with great gas mileage too!). After we returned the vehicle there was a minor scuff but because we opted for the full coverage insurance (which was also reasonably priced) we didn’t need to cover it. And the return process was as quick and easy as the check out process was! They also provided a direct number via WhatsApp for me to message directly in case anything went wrong with the car, I could reach out to the company directly and get assistance either over text or call. IF you are looking for an amazing car rental company, who cares about their customers, is super communicative, easy to work with, and fair in their pricing and policies, you would be a fool to NOT rent with this company. I cannot sing their praises enough and if this review went up to 10 or even 100 stars, I would gladly give it no question. Exceptional service, exceptional customer assistance, and superior quality of vehicles. You must book with them if you want a car or bike!
Best Rental place for motorbike i Chiang Mai! We rented two bikes/ scooters for 6 days, both mashines were in perfect order, stabil, with good brakes and engines…. On top of that, we Got very good service from the rentalguy, very fair and extremly trustworthy….. Can renommend them!!!!
