Went for a session with a group of friends and we enjoyed it so much. Gym is very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone visiting Phuket to go. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also this Muaythai gym is in Phuket Town which is excellent 🥊🥊

I went for one lesson during my trip to Thailand. This place was just across the street from my hotel and I saw it by chance. I did kick boxing before so I knew some of the moves and was not a complete beginner, though Muay Thai techniques are a little different. I was happy I could learn the elbow and knee moves. The trainer was professional, spoke good English and really pushed me hard. It lasted more than one hour and was very intensive. I really wish I could’ve stayed a few more days and train more!! If you want to experience real Muay Thai and train hard, go to Muay Thai Hero! You’ll not be dissapointed!
I visited Muay Thai Hero during my short stay in Phuket Town and booked a one on one lesson, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The gym itself is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The training is fantastic, and the coaches really push you and give excellent advice. I would recommend the gym to anyone visiting Phuket Town! A 90 minute lesson is so much fun that it feels like just 10 minutes. If I wasn’t having such a short trip in the town with an already full itinerary I would be back every day!
