We stayed at Nai Yang beach and asked the hotel to call and tell them we are comingPlace was quiet and we chose the 2 hour sesame oil massage. We had asked for male masseuse and it was really good and please remember to tip your masseuse in these difficult times. Will definitely come again when we visit Phuket again
it is a nice place in town. very good at the moment as no tourists are in town. I think it would be different when it is full of tourists. prices average and staff are friendly.
If you are a fan of massage, this place is perfect for you.I went to this Spa because of the online recommendations and I was not disappointed. They welcome you with smiling faces, hot towels and tea where you rest in the sofa and check the menu. Later on they clean your feet with a nice scrub before you go to your massage room. I opted for the 2 hours combo of Coffee Scrub and Oil Massage. It was the best massage I ever had to be honest, it made me come back again for the same package after a full day of hiking. The service was top notch and the staff were very accommodating. Kudos to the team and especially my masseur Nong who really took care of me and made me feel relaxed.Next time in Phuket, I will visit again.
Massage was good, but the front desk’s english wasn’t great and please be aware they don’t tell you about charging a whooping 3% for paying with your creditcard (even when you spend a high amount). Just for that reason I will never go back again, sasabai and just relax don’t do these extra charges.
One of the cleanest and nicest spas we have been to in Phuket. The foot massage was incredible, and you get water and tea before and after your massage.
I had a wonderful package of oil and foot massage, for one and a half hours for 750 Thai Baht.It was really good . The place is very clean . They welcome you with a cup of tea, wet towel with a nice orchid, and the same at the end of your visit. Just gorgeous.
I walked in and only two couple were inside. I was asked to sit down whilst the confirmed my booking that I had booked over the over. As I sat there for 20 minutes I watched everyone else be served, tea and towels whilst they waited and the hosts continued to smile at me whilst I waited. Strange that I didn’t receive the same service. I go into the massage room and it’s a simple room with a large fab blowing out from above the bed. Half way through the massage a lady comes in and wake me up. Yes, wakes me up!!!! She asks if I’m getting the correct massage!ImBeyond confused and want to leave but they say it’s ‘okay stay’ I finished the message and I’m walking out to pay. They apologise and say ‘thank you, see you again’ I found this condescending. I will not be back.
I was impressed, Kim massage therapist got my heart ❤️ I would say K.Sa and K. Mam are the best for us, I’m highly recommended Also K.Pai the receptionist she is wonderful, this place is amazing, definitely coming back
Not a good experience. Myself and my friend visited on the recommendation of our hotel for a back, neck and head massage (1hr). The spa itself is very beautiful. Communication was poor from the receptionist booking our treatment, we were handed a towel and tea but we weren’t told what this was for, we didn’t even get a chance to use the towel or drink our tea before we were asked to come through for our treatment. Myself and my friend were in the same room, and the treatment began. There was a lot of pressing over the towels which felt like it went on for a very long time, and then the massage began. I am a Sports Massage Therapist and I have never been in so much pain during a treatment before. Although I was obviously finding the treatment painful the therapist didn’t reduce her pressure, even when she could see some areas of my back were sun burnt. After about 30/35 minutes the 2 therapists left the room and returned with a pillow to sit behind us and finish the treatment with the head massage. This was also very rough and not enjoyable. I’ve had many a Thai massage and understand that the treatments are somewhat different to western massages and I have always enjoyed them in the past, however this was just an hour of torture. One of the therapists asked if I was crying, mocking me as it seems, and handed me a tissue. I was also very bruised after my treatment. We will not be returning as we found the treatments too painful and not enjoyable at all.
Extremely lovely experience!We are the family of 6 people and stopped by this place 2 times in 3 nights in our Phuket trip!Even there were always full of people but we didn’t have to wait too long until our turns. We were treated really well by the lady owner and our therapists: Yo, Nok, Landon, Pek and Noun – who were super skillful and gentle to us. Even better when we know this place is for – and by the locals only in Phuket.We did the herbal pressure on our feet and feet message for 1hr, which costed pretty reasonable.Surely visit this place again when we have time in Phuket!
