Me and my husband were able to rent a scooter after business hours. The scooter was fairly new, clean, and reliable. They were really nice and accomodating with helping us. Even gace us a bit of gas since the stations were a bit away.
My fiancé and I rented a scooter from Chai and Coco when we came to Thailand. Unfortunately we hated our hotel the first night so we had to return the scooter the next day since we were moving to the other side of the island to Karon. We felt bad and wanted them to keep the rental cost for the days we agreed to have the scooter but they completely refunded us. They genuinely felt bad about our awful first night in Thailand. Coco personally drove us to our new hotel in Karon from their store. During the drive we mentioned that we had wanted to do a snorkeling trip. Coco Bello is a certified expert dive master. He happened to be chartering a snorkeling and island hopping excursion the following morning, and we decided to do it. A shuttle picked us up from our hotel around 6:30am, we were on a boat by 8, and hit three different beautiful islands that day, plus an hour of snorkeling. We didn’t get back to our hotel until close to 5pm, so it was an entire amazing day of island hopping. There were only 5 couples on the boat, and it was nice to have a small group. Coco Bello was the most amazing guide for the day! I highly recommend any excursion that he leads! Thank you for giving us an amazing day in Thailand!
No passport needed! Chai and his wife are amazing, kind and funny. They gave us a big discount for the motorbike and the boat tours.

Fair Price and kind employees. If you want I rent a bike you need to leave your passport or 3000 baht there, but that was no problem. They kept it safely. The gas is also veeery cheap. Helmets are for free, use them !

Me and my friends came here July of 2024. The owners were super kind and honest. They gave us all the rules and warnings for renting/riding a motorbike in Phuket. The price they gave us was also really fair. The owners even helped us find a round-trip ferry ride to and from Ko Phi Phi. My friends and I compared the ferry price, and it was cheaper than the prices on 12go.com. On top of that, they also gave fairly priced for a van that would take my friends and I to the airport in Phuket. I highly recommend Chai Motorbike Rental if you are looking to go to any neighboring Thai islands or want to rent a Motorbike.
