  1. I have been renting from here multiple times over the years. This year Toon has taken over and the service continues to be top notch. I rented a CB500X for about 2 weeks and was given 3 boxes and a helmet and proper jacket for my friend who did not have her own, all inclusive. The bike ran without issue as we clocked over 2,000km in the North. I then rented a CB300f for another 2 weeks as an around town bike, because who wants to ride a scooter? Again this bike was in great shape. Not only are the bikes well maintained and offered at a fair price, but Toon and everyone are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I will continue to rent from them and recommend them!

  2. I have known of this place for years as being honest and trustworthy. This year we hired a lovely brand new Honda PCX. Bobby fitted our own bike box bracket while giving us really good tour advice as to a route plan, places to go along the way, and places to stay. It was really helpful to know where to head for at the end of a long day. The bike was magic, as was it’s lovely wireless key. Because it teamed down with rain as we were trying to flag down a Song Tau for the airport, the guys generously offered to drive us. Don’t expect that though, they could have been pleased to see the back of a noisy couple like us! Hey, if you’re looking for a great bike from a really helpful couple of guys, don’t go past this bike shop. Top service from go to whoa!

  3. I was happy with the bike. However, I rented the the bike for three days and returned it after two. I asked about a refund. I was told no refunds. The owner made a shooing away motion with his hand. I told him I would have to write about it on trip advisor. He made the same shooing motion as one does to a dog. He then pulled a gun out of his desk and put it in his waste band. That was my experience.

  4. Best email communicators out of 10 other bike shops I tried when getting info and booking from overseas. Helpful friendly serviceTrouble free motorcycle ridden for 3 weeks with a pillion and baggage around the Mae Hong Son LoopGood price point for my Suzuki Vstrom 650 with paniers and top box. Some good helmets available. I would recommend them to others.

  5. BEWARE FAKE OFFERS !This company have gone downhill so far they are now in the sewers. I’ve been a customer here for the last 7 years (apart from Covid 2021) and it is clear to me they have been trading on the previous good reputation of the businesses previous owners.I noticed in 2020, after change of owners, the customer service was quite poor and the motorcycles were in poor condition, having rejected one, the replacement broke down during my trip.Fast forward to 2022 May, I returned & tried to support the business by renting here again. I went in looking for a cheap 300 cc bike but was upsold by the lady working there as she offered me a larger bike for not much more money.I inspected the bike, we agreed the price and dates and even shook on the deal. At no time did I request any kind of discount, the offer was made to me ot initial visit and my return to choose the bike. After making the contract, I got a message 1 hour later from “lady” who now put up the price by almost 50% !.She said her Boss would not allow the lower price…(He was in the room when the deal was agreed so obviously was aware of her offer)I had walked several miles to make the contract and am thoroughly let down by their false offer. Lady in shop later even tried to pretend that she made a mistake as she was no good at english, this, along with the agreed price, is just a complete lie.I have since also found out that the tour she offered was also false and they were pretending to be part of another company in the town, so they hoped to trade on the good reputation of the other company..Just lies and false promises so I recommend to take your custom elsewhere.

  6. We rented a 150cc bike from Siri who was very helpful and friendly. She speaks good English and explained things well. The bike was in good condition and we rented it for a week for a fair price.

  7. DO NOT RENT A BIKE FROM HERE! They give out faulty bikes and it is very dangerous. I was riding one of their bikes and it stopped randomly right after I received it. They blamed this issue on me and forced me to pay $200 to get my passport back and to not get the police involved. Biggest scam, made my experience in Thailand horrible.

  8. The positives: bike in good condition, helmet, topbox, mobile phone holder, smiles all around, price in line with local market, good central location. The negatives: as always, everything is OK until something goes wrong. We were offered insurance, 100 baht per day for full cover in case of damage or theft.Sounded like a good deal, so we purchased it, but we were still requested to put down a 5000 deposit. When we returned the bike WITH NO DAMAGE, the technician was inspecting it and I went to the owner to satisfy a curiosity of mine: ‘why do you take 5000 deposit if there is full insurance?’The owner, thinking that her technician had found some faults (which he hadn’t) immediately pulled out a piece of paper from her desk and showed that insurance only covers AFTER the first 25000 baht.Lol, this was never mentioned to us, actually the contrary, I had asked positively if there was any excess only to receive a smile to confirm that everything was covered. So we had paid 1000 baht of insurance for something which was different that we were told. When the owner realised that there was no damage to the bike and that I was simply not happy having paid insurance on wrong assumptions she became rather unfriendly and REFUNDED the insurance money. At first she denied that her employees would have told us about this unrealistic insurance deal, then she accepted it and even smiled, but the whole experience was unpleasant.I can only begin to think what would have happened if there HAD BEEN damage to the bike. She would have pulled up her magic paper and requested for 25k to be paid. The insurance deals should be PROPERLY COMMUNICATED, hanging on the wall, and the insurance receipt should be provided, not just scribbled in thai on the contract. All in all, now that I know about the insurance I would still buy from them, but I would warn any potential customer to read carefully what insurance actually covers.

  9. Second time renting from this company. They really look after you when you do the Mae Hong Son loop. The bikes work very well if you also look after them as if they were your own. Serviced and inspected before every ride, I really have confidence taking them on 1000km trips. Also worth noting that they have a great service team that will assist you with issues even if you drive out to the ends of earth. It is very reassuring as a tourist. We had a damaged tyre issue in 2024, which they resolved on the same day, driving out 200km to support us. Note to all the trolls and bad reviewers out there. Treat the bikes and people with respect and you will get that back. It is easy to spot negligent damage and unskilled riders’ mistakes. There are rules and safeguards in place to protect their business as well as yourself. Things like deposits, holding on to passports and extra options on insurance are normal in any country. Don’t try to cheat your way through a 1000 baht saving. This is NOT your tiny scamming scooter rental company. So don’t be that fool.
