  1. I was most excited for this tour when booking my trip to Thailand. Everything was going well, even though the boat was way too overcrowded. I brought a full face snorkel mask and fins from home. When I got back from lunch, which was mediocre at best, our guide and crew members were holding it up as I got back in the boat. Our guide told me (in the most rude tone of voice) “the ‘lady’ from our store where we boarded saw you take that snorkel mask without paying so you’re going to pay for it as soon as we get back.” I tried explaining to him three times that I brought it from home and that I didn’t go anywhere near the snorkel gear at their shop. He cut me off every time I tried to talk and said “no no no we already saw you, you’re on video, the lady checked it. You’re going to pay 950 baht for it when we get back.” This was embarrassing and awkward as there were so many people on the boat watching this. I found my receipt from the snorkel mask and tried waving him over but he just looked away and ignored me. When we got to the next island I went into the water with my friends and he came up to her mom and interrogated her. He asked if that mask was really mine or if I stole it from the store. About an hour later he said “the lady at our store watched the cameras and it wasn’t you on video. It was another family that looked like you, they were dark and Indian.” To top off a miserable day, when we got back on the boat one of the crew members grabbed the gear out of my hands when I was trying to get back on the boat and dropped my phone in the ocean then laughed with his coworker about it. Would not recommend this company at all costs.

  2. I’m sorry to say that, but from the very beginning till the end everything was wrong with my trip. When I arrived to the pier, where boat was supposed to take us to the islands i was asked to pay HIGHER PRICE than Thai people, because I’m foreigner!!!Company tried to explain that its due to government regulations, and the extra fee is for entrance to some area. In this case I agreed to pay, but I requested them to give me the ticket or a detailed bill for my payment.PNT company REFUSED TO ISSUE ANY BILL AT ALL!(on the trip later on i haven’t seen any place, where “government fees” were collected) Another attempt to scam:Just before boarding the boat, company takes photos of customers one by one (or in groups they came), saying it’s required for the insurance and also government regulations regarding COVID. But after the trip we found out that those pictures were just printed, framed and offered to us for SALE as a souvenirs!!! This practice is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and not acceptable. On the actual trip we found out that the main attraction of the trip – “Maya Bay” was closed for tourism, and we were offered to take pictures from the boat from the distance! It’s not company fault, but they should have informed customers about that fact in advance, instead of selling “4 islands day trip” The last island we visited on our trip was very dirty, full of broken glass on the beach. You were given a choice: stand 1.5 hour on the sand mixed with glass in very strong sun, pay extra 80THB to rent chair in a shade! At the end of the trip you are also “FORCED” to pay tip! Our tour guide literally took empty jar and went one by one to every passenger asking how happy he was, and telling him personally to give a tip, while PUTTING THAT JAR NEAR EACH CUSTOMERS FACE! (there was also a suggestion tips should be in the range of 100THB – 1000THB depending on your satisfaction level)Last, but not least, the boat was overcrowded. They had stickers on half of the seats “social distancing, do not seat here..”, but ALL the seats were actually taken. Noone (including company employees) was wearing protective masks. Company just don’t care about customers or employees safety.

  3. We had a great day touring islands and snorkeling. We took our young children, and the hosts were very accommodating of us and welcoming. We took a speedboat, and our kids had fun seeing the fish, snorkeling and swimming. There were way less people due to COVID, and we loved it. We were very happy with our day and the service we received! Thank you!

  4. All wrong from start to finnish. According to leaflet given to us when booking, everything was included in the price. It turns out you have to pay extra for everything. If you are willing to snorkel, you need to buy a tube for snorkelling mask, thats 50THB, If you need a fin that’s also additional 100ThB. Then we were said to pay 10thb each in every island we are going to visit. This was never mentioned while booking. The trip was delayed for almost 2 hours, for god knows what reason. They were taking a picture of all the tourist before boarding the boat, saying it’s for the insurance, but actually pictures were printed and sold at the end of the tour as a souvenir. We refused to be photographed, cuz you might end up being in promotional ads on the internet without your consent. The guide was speaking thai to tourists, talking for 3 minutes, telling some jokes, and then turned to us and told in english “ok, now we go next island”. And that happened before visiting each island. If you dont speak thai, you won’t get any useful information about the sights in english. All Koh Khai islands are not looked after, beaches are full of broken glass, you have to be careful while swimming. Take you towel along, as sunbeds or chairs to sit are extra 200thb. We took the trip with our thai friend, so that saved us from overpaying in beach restaurants, as they have two prices – for thais and tourists. Menus have no prices, so they can cahrge you any price they like. By the end of the trip we were asked to tip for the guide. Didn’t feel like it, because we were not given any information in english, the guide didn’t give us a tour in the island, mainly the tour is exploring the island on your own. So what should we tip for?I’ve been to very sketchy tours before, but this one was the worst.

  5. At monkey Island, the tour guide told us the monkeys associate backpacks with food, and therefore we would be at risk to get bite by one of them. She asked us to leave our stuff at the boat, as it was a safe place to leave our belongings. I did trust the tour guide and left everything behind, except my phone to take photos. I did wrong. When I jumped into the boat and approached my backpack I rapidly noticed my belongings had been manipulated. My backpack had been inspected and my wallet was missing 3000 THB. I have contacted their office via email and I been ignored. I have never ever had such a bad experience.AVOID AT ALL COST

  6. Felt really rushed. 4 islands 8 stops, was too much, Would have preferred less stops and more time to enjoy/relax the main attractions. Tour guide bobie was excellent, funny guy, well spoken, and helpful. No tips or purchases where forced. We was unlucky with the water conditions, but the captain and staff where clearly very experienced and done a fantastic job.

  7. Bobby was very vibvont and had clear communicationandthe tour. He :s grear with less con fident susmmersSpent some time taking me snorreling with an assited ringso I didn’t missout on the experience. Higuly recommendBobny as afou guide for phi phi and surrounding istaudsDarsnika t Kus.vunning

  8. Great boat tour half day trip, staff very nice and friendly. Stopped at 2 islands and great places to do snorkeling and chill at beach

  9. I did the half a day tour at Khai Islands for snorkeling. Only when already on the boat, we have been informed that there were too many jellyfish on the sea so basically snorkeling was at our own (high) risk. One stop was cancelled due to the too high risk so we spent the morning on 2 islands with nothing to do or see, just people coming to bother you all the time to sell you a drink or a jetsky ride. Lunch was said to be included by the agency, but it wasn’t.The logistic organisation was very good, but they should not sell these kind of tours if they say that all the summer the jellyfish situation is like this.

  10. Bobby Team was great!! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish, and some of the stops are absolutely gorgeous. The crew led by Bobby were the best, he has been doing this for 10 years and they all genuinely work hard all day to ensure you’re having the best experience possible. If you only have time for one boat tour while visiting Phuket, this is the one!
