We signed up for the train market and floating market tour. We arrived too late to see the train go through the market, which was annoying as it was a very long journey from Bangkok and we could have left earlier. The kids were disappointed as it wS a very hot, long and crowded walk to get to that train market for nothing. Our guide spoke very poor English and didn’t explain anything or invite us to try different foods, which is what those markets are about. The driver didn’t speak any English at all. Floating market is lovely but we got zero value out of our guide. Stay clear!
Paid 12,000 THB for a 3 day rental van (for 8 seater) with driver Mr Noo and his so-call assistant Mrs Noo for my group travel to Khao Yai.Although their English seems limited, we have no issue communicating via mobile messages.They were able to bring us to the locations that we have planned for and accommodative when there were slight changes to the itinerary when required. Even though there were small drizzle a few times during the journey, they were very helpful to shelter us with umbrella. They were very prompt in picking us up whenever we finished our sightseeing too and had been the most polite hosts that I have encountered!During the journey, they did prepare cooler box and had bottled drinks for us. Also, they bought us mangosteen and some breads. Though our group only accepted the mangosteen.Our journey had been very safe and smooth all thanks to them! Not forgetting Nicha, who liaised with me for couple of months via emails, and assuring me that my requests for the places that I wanted to go would be effectively communicated to the driver.Overall, keep up the good work and very neat coordination among the team!! Well done.
My spouse and I booked a 1 day private car from Bangkok to Samut Prakan. We were very impressed by Nicha’s promptness and efficiency. She even suggested to help us purchase tickets to 2 museums so that we could get them at a discounted price upon reviewing our itinerary. We were pleased to know that we had an upgrade of car at no additional charge. Mr Sanit (our driver) spoke good English, was very professional, polite and helpful, and we would really like to commend him for it. We enjoyed ourselves the entire day as it was a relaxing day trip. Booked our tour to khao yai through Global Connector which was recommended by my friend. Kudos to Nicha who was very responsive and knowledgeable about the places to visit. Our driver Mr Prasad is a very nice person. He was very accommodating and patient. Highly recommended!
My family of 17 has enjoy the 3 days trip at khao Yai although is abit warm but still ok, I could like to thanks to the 2 Drivers Thongchai and Samak that fetch us around on this 3 days to the destination we had visit, we definitely will use back Gobal Connector in future🙏👍🏻
From my first communication to the end with Nicha, she was very responsive to my queries via email and whatsapp. Likewise, for our driver Mr Tawee. In this area, they scored well and I am thankful that they were very responsive. However, there were some hiccups, therefore, I consider my recent trip with them passable.
This was the most amazing experience we have had traveling as this is the first time we have ever used a private driver and guide. We were in contact with guide prior to reaching port and meeting up was seamless. We were picked up in a very comfortable Toyota forerunner type vehicle. Brand new. Our guide Khan took us everywhere we wanted to go. Ayutthaya then a wonderful Thai lunch overlooking a river then on to a Thai massage in a beautiful facility. We ended the day at the Golfen Buddha in Chinatown. We stayed at the Shanghai Mansion, which was fantastic also. Nori the driver picked us up the next morning and took us to 2 more temples before driving us back to the boat. I can not say enough about Nori and his skills as a driver with over 20 years experience. This man knew his job! He is an asset to your company. Our guide,Khan, accommodated all of our requests, was very informative, and very helpful. We are beyond pleased to have found you and will recommend you to everyone that we can! This was the best decision off of cruise ship we could make. Our driver Mr. Sak was extremely courteous and brought us around Bangkok and the Khao Kheow Open zoo (Moo Deng).DON’T miss Bangkok! It was worth the drive and we saw truly miraculous temples and palaces in an amazing culture with friendly people. Highly recommended.
