This Wat (temple) rarely gets a mention in the guidebooks which is a shame as it has a lot to offer. It is a big and varied site though it doesn’t have the big in size and number Buddhas etc. When I went the main hall had a big ceremony going on with many monks and an audience. The first thing I heard was a brass band!!!A couple of additional big halls are currently being built.Take the MRT to Petchaburi and walk 900m or taxi from Petchaburi/Makkasan.
