My husband and I wanted to have a spa/massage day during our stay at Garrya, and the team at 8lements did not disappoint. The spa is clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. The massages were absolutely amazing (focused on head, back, and shoulders) and they were able to accommodate my request to use unscented coconut oil due to my sensitive and eczema prone skin. Our massage therapists, Lek and Soi, were careful, considerate, and communicative. Before and after the massages, we were given tea and snacks. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and would recommend this spa to anyone visiting Samui.
My wife and I recently tried a Thai massage at 8LEMENTS SPA, and we could not be more pleased. The atmosphere at the center was relaxing and welcoming, perfect for a break from the daily routine. The masseuses were very experienced and were able to tailor the treatment to our needs. Each movement was precise and the various stretches really relieved muscle tension. At the end of the session, we felt invigorated and completely relaxed. It was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. They even offer a onsen bath before your massage. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attend to all your needs. Our two masseuses, Soi and Fern, were excellent. Highly recommend booking a massage if you are staying on property at the garrya tongsai bay samui!
We went to the spa several times and tried multiple treatments. All were fantastic and we couldn’t have been happier. My husband’s lower back pain completely disappeared after his massage, I had knots in my back which were expertly loosened. The staff is both professional and friendly, the facilities are really clean and pleasant, and their tea is delicious.

The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease right from the start.I was so impressed with my first session that I booked another treatment before my departure. This time was even better! I had the pleasure of being looked after by Peng, who really knew how to deliver outstanding service. She coordinated everything seamlessly and ensured I had a top-notch experience.The spa itself has a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, and the treatments are excellent. If you’re looking for a solid way to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend setting aside some time here. I just wrapped up an epic 2-hour spa sesh at Elements Spa on the Garrya Tong Sai Bay Koh Samui property, and I’m still reeling from the experience. I’m talking seriously relaxing vibes with Lush, my therapist, who somehow managed to nail my perfect pressure spots – I was like a beached whale, but in a good way. As I lay there, I felt transported to a different world, with the soothing sounds of ambient music and the faint scent of lavender wafting around me. After that hour, Lush came back with the facial goods and basically worked magic on my skin. I’m not gonna lie, it felt like a mini-vacation from my 3-week-long Thai adventure – but the cherry on top was that Lush was a total rockstar, trained in both massage and facial magic. Don’t even think about skipping Elements, guys – trust me, your body (and mind) will thank you.
