had heard that this place is a must visit. Well, I wouldnt say so after having visited it. The place is ordinary, music is decent, drinks are usual. Didn’t try the food, so no comments on that. You can have a good time here, but it’s nothing exceptional.
If you give them 1000thb they say you gave them 500. This is the second time it happens!!!! To the owners: please take care of your customers!!
Interesting concept with good music, expensive drinks. It used to be better,Unique lounge with great live music performances.Dress code is strict.Staff friendly .
Walking downstairs you arrive in a small restaurant the size of a living room….which I assume most people walk straight through to part the curtains into the club itself. A seat at the bar gives a great view of the stage and the Jazz/Blues on the night we visited did quite a few sets which were all great. The staff are in 20’s character which adds to the atmosphere. They have a strict dress code, but its worth it. One of the best places my grown up son and I visited.
What a great night culb! Frist time listened to Jazz, had a great cocktail. In my stay in Bangkok, I would go every night, that is how much I enjoyed it!
Amazing place if you’re a first timer in Silom. They bring in good DJs and Live bands too. We had a wonderful time. It’s open till 3am and the crowd is mixed with European and Asians. The interesting feature is the vault of to be East India Company where the smoking rooms are and your bound to make good friends there. You shouldn’t miss this place if you’re a person looking for some difference. Prices are high and rightly so as you’ll see decent crowd. I Will go back tomorrow for sure.
Maggie choo’s has become my favorite bar in town in the past month. I have visited several times a year but with the quality of the band recently, they just picked up the best in town bands to entertain everyone. Yes, the drink can be little more expensive compare to other places in Bangkok especially they has no view but the decoration really worth spending time with friends, couples or even business partner.
You need to get a table reserved by spending 4000thb or opened a bottle. This is what you can imagine how popular they are. I really love Live band music and atmosphere on lower level of the hotel.
Superb bar. We were there on a thursday. American singer with Asian musicians. Great! And the Chinese Delirium theatre gives the bar a special mood. Feels like your enter Tintin’s Blue Lotus for adults. Drinks are great quality. Professional bartender. Not like the rubbish drinks in the Lebua Skybar which are triple the prices of Maggie Choo’s. A must go in Bangkok!
Horrible service, the welcome staff as you come in are awful! So rude especially the management host.. came here at 5:30 after shopping with a friend for a cocktail and boy did we miss regret this..
