Waited for 1+ hour till 12 midnight and paid in advance only to be told that they found out that they can’t offer us massage. Worst experience ever.

Had an appointment but still waited 30min. Top of spine left feeling bruised for almost a week. Therapist didn’t seem to have proper technique or physiological training was just pushing and rubbing randomly. Wouldn’t go back here.
So far the best massage I have had on this trip. Professional masseuse. The place is clean. Friendly staff. This is a chain and i tried 2 different sites and the quality is consistent. Prices are also very reasonable.
I visited Botsnika after reading the reviews, but sadly it was a complete waste of my time. The didn’t seem to have any technique, she was just pushing and rubbing randomly which was not pleasant. I had thai massage many times before but what I experienced in Botanika couldn’t be named a massage.
Had a head, shoulder & back massage which I would recommended. Very clean and professional setting. Products smelt beautiful.
