I think most tourists that have been to Thailand a few times will agreed that Koh Samui is the most expensive island in transportation. This island does not has a low cost flat-fee Baht bus that goes around the main road like what they have at Pattaya, Hua Hin and Phuket. So, you will have to rent a scooter, a car or paying a HIGH price for every taxi ride. Yes, the taxi at Koh Samui is the most expensive in Thailand. For example: 1000 Baht for a round trip ride to somewhere that’s 4.3 miles (booked through Samui Explorer). I got 3 quotes (for an airport ride) from 3 different people, our hotel 600Baht, Samui Explorer 550Baht (after we had already finished 2 private trips with them, 13000Baht + tip), Taxi Ko Samui Network of Thailand @Namuang 400Baht. I was a little concerned because they only have 2 Google reviews, but everything turned out great. Good driver with good manners, arrived on time and best price compared to the rest of greedy taxi at Koh Samui.
The driver has service mind. He was available for even at early morning. The charge is fairly price for island private transportation.
Sok was absolutely amazing! He drove me and my 7 young lady friends around the island while we were in Koh Samui. His prices were super reasonable and he was a great tour guide! He even went hiking with us!!

Excellent service! Arrived on time and took us to the pier at 3:30am, offered to stop off at 7-eleven for us aswell! Waited at the pier with us to make sure we got our tickets okay and gave us free water. Best service would 100% recommend! 🙂
Poonsak or Sak is a greedy driver with a terrible service sense for customers. As a friendly tourist i wanted to give him more business by visiting more places in Samui, but he blatantly refused them by quoting higher fares for them. I was terribly pissed off with such attitude I decided never to use his services again. A driver can overcharge than the market, byt a driver with bad attitude is a must NO for all. Beware !!!
Great communication before the trip and they were at the airport when I arrived, with a sign and dropped me a message to let me know. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.
After finding the company on here we booked a return trip to Chaweng from the bottom of the island (a good 30-40 mins away) The driver gave us a live location when he was on his way and kept us informed all the way. The price was very reasonable. When we were ready to return back we sent another message and again received live updates on when and where we would meet them. Definitely recommend and use again
Absolutely fantastic taxi driver. Was recommended to us by an English person on the flight to koh samui (Simon from Jersey) he took us to our hotel on the first night, showing us sights and naming towns for us on our journey. On our return journey to the airport we had a bit of time to kill so he showed us some more amazing sights and beaches before dropping us at the airport and showing us to our check in desk. This man went above and beyond. All done simply over what’s app. Sending location for him to pick you up in no time. Thanks man! See you next time
