Our family & friends (8 of us) had a GREAT time at Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai for 8 Days with Jack’s. It’s the Best decision when we decided that Jack’s will do the planning for our 8 Days/7 nights holidays. We were taken care FIRST CLASS from the moment we arrived at Chiang Mai Airport until the very last moment upon our Departure from Chiang Mai. We only managed to book 2 days with Jack as he was fully booked for the rest of our stay in December. So a note if you wanna get this highly sought-after man, book him early! Jack was great in the short time we had with him. Although we did not venture beyond the usual tourist itinerary due to the time constraint, it was good enough for us since it’s our first visit to Chiangmai. Did not regret our decision to go with Jack after reading all the glowing reports on Tripadvisor. He was sincere, extremely patient and professional. He was a very safe driver which is He was knowledgeable about the places we went and did not push any destinations to us, flexible enough to consider slight detours when our special needs boy got restless or when we needed to find food that suits our dietary constraints. He was always on time and had the knack of re-appearing just when we needed him or were ready to move on to the next destination, while giving our family privacy and space to enjoy our activities. Totally recommend him. Just wished that we had got to him earlier so we could book him for more days!
Jack was our driver for a day and a half. He pick us up from the airport. He was already waiting for us when we arrived.The next day he took us to a elephant park and floral park. We were very happy to have him as our driver/guide.He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to guide and explain during the trips. He took pictures for us with his camera and was nice enough to email us the pictures.Overall , I highly recommend him to be your driver/guide for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. His price was very reasonable.
Jack was our driver for 5 days, very polite and professional, on time and give us some suggestion on what we should manage our activities. My family enjoyed him to be our tour guide anytime we come to Thailand. Book early or you never going to get him.
When we suddenly needed transport on New Years Day I wasn’t sure we were going to find anything on short notice. The good reviews on TripAdvisor led me to call Jack’s transportation service and we were very happy. Although we didn’t ride with Jack personaly, the driver that he arranged for us was early for all the pick-up times, very courteous, and a safe driver. The van was comfortable, and Jack was a good communicator. Would definitely use again.
I have engaged Jack as my driver cum tour guide for my family trip to Chiang Mai & Chiang Rai. Such a wonderful trip with him. He is such a caring person, easy going, and lovely guys. He would patiently explain to you about the place history. Besides the tour, he would actually bring you to taste the famous local food. Most importantly he was punctual through out the trips. Also, he is good in taking photos. What a revelation it was meeting Jack. My first visit to Chiang Mai with Jack as my guidewas an absolute delight. He is warm , engaging, informative, kind, helpful, absolutely professional in every way. His knowledge about history, culture, religion added to his thoughtful , kind actions makes him an unusually good guide. He is a special person with a depth of understanding & can communicate well, share ideas, he’s interesting & interested in life and his love of the city and surroundings is catchy! We went to Doi Suthep, exploring the glistening golden temples at the top( go early 7.30 to 8.00 am gets busy) His descriptions were so helpful. Then down the mountain a bit to the forest- all I can say about this hidden area is – get Jack to take you. Still, meditative, tranquil temple place. Beautiful. Then off to local market to smell, taste smoky sticky rice, little hot rolled coconut pancakes. Then lunch at restaurant by a pond – delicious little satay , Tom Gai soup. Jack is a generous spirited person. We both took photos & he will email me later.I would not hesitate to recommend Jack to all readers. I found him on TripAdvisor and they were all right in their reviews. Absolute pleasure.
Jack did a nice job of getting us to and through Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep. He had some good insight on the different locations as well as a couple of hidden gems. He offered a fair price. Van very clean and had plenty of room.

We hired Jack for a 3 day tour and we couldn’t have chosen a better guide for our visit to Chiang Mai. Communication was super easy with Jack. We simply told him the places we wanted to visit and he put in a great itinerary together along with some other places he suggested. Jack was on time every day to pick us up at the hotel. What we loved about Jack was his knowledge of the history and culture of Chiang Mai and did not feed us with a ton of information that some tour guided do. Jack was also very patient and allowed us to have the time to enjoy the sites without hurrying us. He also took some great pictures for me in the temples that women were not allowed to go in and gave me some great tips to help me with my photography. He also took us to some great and very affordable restaurants for lunch. Jack also took us to the airport and was again on time.
