  1. The site is about 30 minutes drive from Chiang Mai. There is a shop and a small museum as well as an area where you can paint a small plaster elephant. There some books to act as inspiration and the lady in the shop will help with some technique but it is best to go with an idea or plan of what you want to paint as inspiration may not come on the day.

  2. A must if you love elephants and want to help their conservation. You can buy a piece or paint your own, they have also other souvenirs.

  3. This was our first destination in Chiang Mai. I read online about their reason for existance and the imoact they have on raising knowledge and awareness along with the support of Asian elephants. We had a tour and saw many talented artists hand painting each individual elephant. We bought several pieces from tje shop and 20% of their net profit goes directly to Mosha and elephant care.

  4. What a warm welcome and great stories about the start of Elephant Parade (Mosha). We had a tour around the studio and got a good view on the design and production proces. In the end we painted our own little elephants to take home. Great experience (also with kids) if you want to get out of the buzzling city for a few hours and get a smile on your face because of all the beautiful painted elephants.

  5. Very nice lady and excellent gifts!!!!The elepants are very colourfull and beautifull.I will come back again to buy more

  6. This was a great place to visit! We were greeted by a friendly staff member who told us about the history of the elephants and gave us a guided tour of the store and area. The elephant sculptures are so cute and a certain amount of the proceeds from sales goes towards helping preserve elephants. You’ll have a great time looking at all of the painted elephants. You could even paint your own little elephant sculpture. The great thing about this place is that it’s right next door to Hidden Village which is also a really fun place. I highly recommend a visit here when you’re in Chiang Mai.

  7. This is a real nice story with purpose, background and a fun part to it. Our host guided us through the whole experience and we finished with making our own art elephant. Amazing that they do this without asking an entrance fee. Respect!! Our entire family enjoyed it. Compliments.

  8. This was a great experience – we had a motorbike that we hired so easy to get to with google – it’s a bit out from the centre – but definitely worth a taxi ride. The unit is fabulous lots of parking – and a little museum where someone came out to us immediately and gave us a one-on-one tour of the history, business and charity idea, the whole site and processes. We got to see the artists and painters at work. The little museum is lovely and explains everything about Mosha and her journey. The shop is amazing, and you can paint your own Mosha – we later saw a shop in the centre of Chang Mai – but the museum was better, and you get to see lots of the elephants. Lovely afternoon.

  9. This was great fun. We were able to see some artists at work painting their elephants, and we were able to paint our own ceramic elephants in our own way.It was an excellent way to spend time in Chiang Mai while at the same time contributing to their valuable fundraising activities for elephants. We REALLY recommend this for individuals or the whole family!
