Training at Sinbi is very organized and the teachers actually work the whole 2 hour session. Even shadow boxing in the beginning is monitored and some technical instructions are given. Some teachers join the sparring or and clinching. It is a big gym so there should be good training partners for most people. There were lots of people either with a lot fight experience or preparing for the first fight. Not many beginners but I guess it is good gym for them too.
I’ve trained in a fair few parts of Thailand and this is probably my favourite gym. Authentic feel, tough sessions but such friendly coaches who give you second to none attention to detail. It’s not easy but they will only push you as far as you want to go. Krufa was my coach and he was awesome!! My twin bro and nephew wash had a coach and we all had a completely tailored few sessions. Very happy
I’ve dropped in at around 20 different farang Muay Thai gyms in and around Thailand and Sinbi is miles above the rest. This is a great place for beginners, amateurs and professional fighter. The quality of training is amazing. Please take note that the quality of pad work with the trainers is what you could expect in a authentic Thai fighters gym but don’t be afraid if you a beginner and totally new to the sport. The trainers will be welcoming, patient and take their time to show you the basics. They have a tight crew and majority of the trainers have worked there for a long time. (gyms that have a revolving door of different trainers is a big red flag)They will pay great attention to showing you different drills and helping you improve your technique.Girls, there are no creepy trainers that will continuously try to chat you up or hit on you.(if you’ve trained at a few different gyms in Thailand before you’ll know what I mean)Again the pad work. You get 5 x 3 minute rounds each session. Which will be accommodated to your skill level. As a amateur fighter these have been excellent and on par with the quality training I receive back home. If you’re a pro fighter they’ll easily be able to meet your needs on the pads. This is the only tourist style Muay Thai gym you should consider training at if you’re coming to Phuket.
This place is amazing! The trainers are so professional and patient. My 5 year old had the best time and learned so much in just one private session. A special thank you to Pong for his time today. There was a mixture of experienced and beginners training, they seem to cater for all levels. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Phuket.Thank you again, see you tomorrow ?
Be it going Sinbi Muay Thai for just a day trip to explore the art of Muay Thai or you are looking to experience a fight in Phuket. The gym will be ready to cater to all your needs.
Sinbi I have been 3 times. The first time I came there all by my self 4 years ago. And as a first time solo traveler was worried how it will turn out. But let me tell you, even if you go all by your self to Sinbi you will feel just like at home. Everyone is just so welcoming. Gob thank you, my teacher how to ride a bike ? and actually thanks to her I did it and from then riding a bike if perfectly fine for me. The trainers are super professional, no matter if you are a beginner or a professional it caters for all levels. All the trainers know there job well, very technical and teach you lots of tricks. The first time I went they really helped me to improve on my skills. And they all make this unforgettable atmosphere. Sarah alway helped with the booking, super nice. There are a lot of people who go to Sinbi to train every year. Can wait till May to go back and train with an amazing, extremely professional team. And Sing is always there over looking the process. I really recommend Sinbi for everyone, you won’t regret it. My best wishes to Sinbi family. You guys are simply the best.
The trainers, staff and facilities are amazing and everyone is super friendly.Looking forward to returning ?.
Be it a novice or a professional fighter, you would definitely learn things from this gym. They have their own apartments to rent if you want. Everything here was wonderful. Definitely coming back soon!
I had their private class. Very attentive coach that would teach you new tricks and show you your loopholes. Their group class seems a bit too large for my liking.
Amazing gym with amazing trainers/instructors. My son had a great 2 weeks (from end March to April) of private and groups sessions and he thoroughly enjoyed his time and learnt a fair bit from the private 1-1 sessions with kru Fas. Huge thanks and appreciation to kru Fas and Sinbi MT family. Will be back next year.
