  1. We didn’t really have a nice time there ,beside seeing the baby elephant that was trained and so cute, The place was a pretty average experience for us .for some reason we just didn’t connect with the place. therefore we didn’t spend much time there as well. It might have been because the adult elephants looked tired and were chained up. so at the end my girlfriend cried because the baby elephant wasn’t with its mother.

  2. We booked a day of activities through a reputable company and wasn’t aware that we will visit this unethical place. This place gave us a bad taste throughout the day. The elephants are chained up and all appeared not happy. The baby elephant out the front was swaying from side to side indicating distress. I had to hide in the Taxi until the rest of our group will join me. However, I will strongly recommend a proper ethical place known as Green Elephants Sanctuary which I visited two days before.

  3. Thailand is famous with Elephants! I went there just to ride the Elephant! It was amazing experience recorded to me! Very intresting

  4. Came here as a part of a booked tour from Mintita Travels. This was our second stop for the day post the visit to Karon View Point. The place is not well maintained, however the birds and animals state looked ok, not that great compared to the Safari World in Bangkok. The elephant ride cost approx 500THB per person and if you want to click pics with the parrots 🦜, it would cost you 100THB. Same prices for the pic with baby elephant 🐘 and to feed them, 100THB each. They also have ATV rides, did not check for the prices though due to limitation in time (sorry);however the ATV looked like a better option that the rest. Forgot to mention that it also had the monkey 🐒 and snake 🐍 shoe displayed. However, did not go for the same.Ok to miss this place if you are on a short trip. You will find multiple similar places in Phuket; maybe better ones!In pics (friends)

  5. Myself and my Partner went on an ATV ride with this company. Although it is a shame they perform elephant riding it seems all the ATV places also offer the same sad experience so if you want to go for a Ride in one of these wicked ATV machines its a Moral Fence you will need to walk. Okay so back to the ATV, we booked a 1 hour tour and it was awesome, such amazing views and a challenging ride to boot. Key part there is challenging, like most things in Thailand there is no safe guard, if you don’t think you would be able to ride one of these then I would not suggest doing so they are however very simple and if you have driven a car in the wet or know what I mean by understeer and how to deal with it you should be fine. At the end of the day they want your money so they are going to let you ride regardless of your confidence. Having said that we took the risk and went for the full ride, unfortunately my partner did hurt herself getting off the ATV at the end but that is not a discredit to the great young tour guides we had. The first Aid lady back at the camp was also very professional and did a good job of cleaning and patching her scrapped knee.Like all things in Thailand go at your own risk but with risk comes reward it’s just a shame they all support the elephant tours.

  6. I attended here with my husband and three teenagers and did one hour elephant trekking and 1 hour ATV both – excellent experiences well managed by the staff. Some of us were able to go through the Forrest on the elephants and some stayed in the track area around the facilities. It was great to see how the elephants responded to their trainers who were easily able to direct them from the ground with a word or sound. The animals are not mistreated but are simply working animals and treated as such. The ATV were great fun and the young guides fabulous in assisting us and ensuring that we were safe and had a great time. I fantastic track through the Forrest that was both challenging enough and accessible. If anyone had a problem with a section of track then one of the guides came to assist so that we were both independent when we wanted and supporters if we were unsure. Having seen how they rode- on two wheels, doing skids and spinning around, we were each offered this experience sitting on the back with a guide. A couple of great view points along the way. Thank you for a great day.

  7. We came here as a part of a Phuket city tour. Disgusting! The baby elephant was on a tiny tiny chain with whip marks on its fave. Another adult elephant chained up and ready to ride. These animals belong in a sanctuary. We spent a day with elephants in a sanctuary and it’s amazing getting to be with them while they’re free and happy! Not chained and abused. Please go to a sanctuary and don’t give these people money to abuse animals

  8. Forced to stop here by a tour with Phuket Tour Company. Do not recommend baby elephant is chained and they charge to feed it. Trekking is also offered. Place is not nice no cafe, nothing on offer. DO NOT support places like this, stay away!

  9. This safari was recommended by Meena who sold us the tickets for the elephant tracking. Very nice lady we met at Karon beach. The site was easy to find. Saw the young elephant tired up. I understand they had snakes there as well which my husband saw.It was both exciting and scary but the guy guiding the elephant was ok. Paid him 100 baht for him to take our photos. The elephant are huge but once you get over the height you can enjoy the ride. It’s good that they have water to wash after the ride and they give you some complimentary water.

  10. We booked one hour ATV rides and had a great time. Two of my friends don’t know how to drive so they had people assisting them through the ride. It was raining while we were riding and we were provided raincoats and good care was taken.
