  1. Fabulous food. Super menu – we could have chosen every single item. Lovely space, too, plus friendly service. Highly recommended if you are after vegetarian or vegan food made beautifully. Also has an excellent range of snacks and granolas to buy, plus deodorants and all sorts of goodies. Highly recommended.

  2. I went for a 1-month Muay Thai training camp. The trainers helped me find my first fight, and it was clear how experienced they were as they knew exactly how hard to push and what I needed to do to get into fighting shape. You can see how long the trainers have known each other as they’re often laughing and having fun between rounds. There’s a real sense of community which I felt welcomed into and it motivated me to see all the trainers come to support us during the fight. The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the gym. It’s private and comfortable and a 2 minute bike taxi to the BTS. The quality and variety at the cafe made me forget I was at a vegan place, with burgers, protein shakes, and awesome ‘sausage’ wraps, there was plenty of choice to keep myself healthy through training. The staff are also really welcoming and make you feel at home.

  3. If you looking for nice gym to train Bjj,mma, boxing, muaythai this is the great gym with great teacher/instructor. friendly enviroment, shower room, nice cafe on 2nd floor 10/10

  4. I trained at BFL for a week and just loved every minute of it. The trainers are great, friendly, professionals and the members display a great martial spirit. I even have the opportunity to spare with a fighter from One Championship and enjoyed the finesse of his technics. A special thank to Luke, Morgan and the Muay Thai Team for the quality of their training and their great advise. Plus, the restaurant located on the first floor – Nourish – offers fantastic vegan food and I felt great, healthier and recharged every time I left the gym. I can’t recommend this place enough! I used to travel to Phuket for training but now I found my address in Bangkok: Bangkok Fight Lab!

  5. I really love training here. The BJJ instruction is amazing. The striking and MMA coaching are on point too. I started training here so much that the gym members have become like a second family. The trainers are very detail oriented, which makes the instructions good for all levels. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Not many egos in this gym and I think it starts from the top down. I highly recommend it even if you are just starting out. It will be a great decision to join.

  6. There are people in of all experience levels that love BJJ and the instruction is great! It’s such a struggle to find good grappling in Thailand, Bangkok fight lab is excellent.

  7. High level and professional coaching. Huge range of friendly partners. Clean facilities. Great food above the gym!

  8. High level instructing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA. Especially in BJJ where the teachers are always working and improving their techniques. Also, great social vibes from instructors and students. Very friendly to foreigners and beginners for both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu.After a hard session of training, you can treat yourself to 20% off (for monthly members) at the AMAZING vegan café upstairs. There is no other dojo with the same feel of belonging in Bangkok. Truly unique.

  9. The location is ideal for those traveling by car or BTS skytrain, with motor way access and 5 minute walk from oh nut bts station. The masters training here are friendly, informative, and really know what they are instructing, and all of them bring a different approach to combat arts, so there are options to help you level up your game, get fit, or practice self defense. The changing rooms are clean and offer showering and toilet facilities. There is also a plant based cafe upstairs that has good healthy food and smoothies. Overall I’d say if you’re new to Muay Thai, BJJ, judo, or mma, and have been hesitant, this is a great gym to start at. As a beginner I felt welcomed from the first day, and all the people I’ve met have been great and helpful during training and practice sessions.

  10. I first started training Muay Thai at Bangkok Fight Lab back in August 2024, just after I moved to Thailand. While they offer BJJ, MMA and western boxing, I will speak only about Muay Thai as I have not experienced the others (but have heard good things!).The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly and relaxed. There are people of many different nationalities and skill levels who train here and it is a fantastic sense of community. Everyone has the same goal in mind: to improve themselves! The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable and keen to share their expertise. A typical session consists of stretching, skipping, shadow boxing before pad work with the instructor and/or work on the bag, sometimes sparring (though you don’t have to spar if you don’t want to) and a cardio blast at the end.Overall, the gym is excellent value for money, the training is great and I would highly recommend anyone visiting/living nearby to visit!
