  1. Very interactive, fun, great guidance and lovely people! Definitely going back. It’s great for all levels. My wife who does more yoga than me found it challenging, while I’m more of a beginner and found their guidance to be really useful. Highly recommend!

  2. Fantastic yoga class. Great for beginners. Freddie and Nit are very welcoming and give constant feedback on poses. This class is great for anyone with back or neck issues. The props and ropes all come in handy. Best yoga class I’ve ever done

  3. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and innovative use of props – the yoga wheel , the balls, the swing/ hammocks instead of ropes. Good sequencing. Inclusive type of yoga for all abilities .

  4. Excellent yoga! My sister and I did an aerial yoga class and it was wonderful, Nit was very helpful and supportive. Pushed us to our limits whilst keeping it fun 🙂 highly recommended

  5. Awesome class! Just us two and another student, so we had lots of personal feedback and help. The aerial yoga is super fun and comfortable, and the little Pomeranian named Happy running around made the class hilarious! Go here for sure!

  6. great instructors, perfect workout for upper body, rib cage and breathing. I cannot recommend Satva highly enough!

  7. Very thankful for the wonderful session for 11 of us. We really have a good stretch and sweat when trying the Ariel yoga.very relax after the session.Very good guidance from Fred and Nit. Both were fun and knowledgeable.Hope to Be back again next trip.

  8. I rate Satva Yoga Chiang Mai 5 stars on the following aspects particularly :1, Outstanding professionalism : In addition to excellent personal Yoga skills and friendliness that most teachers process in this industry, the couple-teachers Freddy and Nit at Satva Yoga have vast knowledge about using different props, particularly inversion sling, to help students isolate and improve the bottleneck(s) in each pose, therefore beginners to advanced yogis can always benefit a lot in every class.2, Great studio environment; Large semi open-space studio with 100% natural airflow, beautiful garden adjacent to the studio with birds and butterflies visiting from time to time.3, Attention to students: The teachers can always identify every student’s FIRST bottleneck for improvement in every pose, improvement advice is suggested and demonstrated on the spot before moving on to the next pose.4, Stable teacher resources – though small scale, I say Satva is indeed a devoted Iyengar Yoga academy instead of just-another-yoga-studio, there is always either one of the same couple-teachers doing the teaching whenever you come to any classes (usually Nit, the wife). It is not like other co-working-space type of yoga studios that operate by signing up a few visiting or freelance teachers who fill in the teaching spaces on a weekly or monthly rotating schedule.5, Teaching objectives : The teachers aim at equipping you with the necessary Yoga knowledge and skills so that you can do the asanas by yourself correctly and safely at home, not simply showing you what poses you can do or imitate in the 1.5 hours.A little more about my experience with Satva Yoga Chiang Mai.I was an absolute yoga beginner with no more than 20 casual holiday-resort kinda yoga class experience in my whole past 40+ years of life.My whole body is stiff as a wooden plank here and there and the situation only got worse after I went thru a hip surgery 18 months ago. I was looking to focus on improving the overall flexibility of my body by attending yoga classes intensively when I was in Chiang Mai between May & June 2022.Before reaching Satva Yoga, I went to 4 other studios in Chiang Mai for 9 classes, learning from 5 different teachers. They were all excellent yogis, yet I only saw very little improvement in myself, more often than not finding myself puzzled by many different Asanas in those fast-paced flows in different classes. The reason I came to Satva the last, simply because Satva did not do as much digital marketing as other studios in Chiang Mai would do, I spotted the name Satva Yoga only after ruling out the other names that I already tried.I attended 13 classes at Satva across 3 weeks between late May and June, doing around 4 classes a week on average. At the end I saw flexibility of my different body parts improved significantly, also I learned a lot of essential Yoga skills that I can really do by myself at home. I guess the attached collage picture of myself in Full Wheel Pose speak better then words.I left Chiang Mai happily with improved flexibility in my body and I have already planed on returning to Satva two months later for further improvements. I highly recommend Satva Yoga Chiang Mai to all of you.

  9. Satva yoga has yoga classes on mornings and aerial yoga classes on afternoons. The teacher Nit is very friendly and very nice, I always have much fun during the class. She’ll adapt the class to your level and propose alternatives for every level, totally recommend !
