  1. May was amazing! She was communicative, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Since we came to Chiang Mai during the slow (rainy) season, both of our excursions became private tours- yay! Although May provided more than adequate and informative history, she was able to answer questions about her city and country’s wins and challenges. Being informative does not necessarily make someone seem too serious or unapproachable -quite the contrary in May’s case! She is the epitome of Thailand’s friendliness and warmth. Lastly, beginning travelers may be hesitant to venture out. Solo male and female travelers can feel at ease with May

  2. May gave us a lovely city tour during our trip to Chiang Mai. She is knowledgeable, open to answer questions and friendly! We travelled with kids, 6 and 11 yo, she communicated with them easily. We all have good impressions! Thank you, May, for introducing us to this wonderful place!

  3. This was easily one of our trip’s highlights. We met May at our hotel and took off for a 3-4 hour tour of Chiang Mai. We stopped at 5 Michelin locations which were all unique. The food was spectacular and a great way to expose us to the best Northern Thai cuisine. The journey was a blast. May provided us insight into the city, the culture and more. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. May takes care of everything from driving , ordering and paying the bill. She is open to exposing you to more options if desired.100% recommend for people who want to explore Thai cuisine with a friendly local guide. 5/5 stars.

  4. We did the trip to the Sticky Waterfall. It was some incredible scenery and a very cool waterfall to see. Our guide was Mae/May, she was so knowledgeable and so kind and made the tour so much fun for us, we went to eat some traditional Khao Soi afterwards and it was delicious!

  5. Brilliant sticky waterfalls tour with May. She picked us up in a very modern, very new air conditioned private mini van. Gave us cold waters through the day and even had water shoes for us. She was so knowledgable about all things Chaing Mai educating us on the hour long journey. At the Waterfalls Mat knew every step and ensured our safety, great fun climbing up and down the waterfalls with May. On the way home she took us to an authentic Chiang Mai restaurant where only locals eat, was delicious. May made the tour special and we can’t rate her highly enough. She’s a great person and clearly enjoys what she does. Thank you so much May, you are amazing x

  6. This food tour in Chiang Mai is absolutely incredible and highly recommended. Minty is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local cuisine and the hidden gems we visited; I learned so much from her. The tour featured unique and delicious food options, most of which I had never tried before, making it a delightful culinary adventure. Unlike walking tours, we travelled in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, allowing us to explore various parts of the town and try different dishes. Minty even offered to take my pictures throughout the tour, which was a fantastic perk for solo travellers. Whether you’re travelling solo or in a group, this tour is a must-do for anyone looking to explore the authentic flavours of Chiang Mai.

  7. May led my family on an enjoyable tour around the Northern part of Thailand in June 2024. With her, we visited an array of places like Chiang Dao, Doi Inthanon, Ang Khang, and Buatong Waterfall (Sticky Waterfall).May was a friendly and approachable guide who was also very knowledgeable about the cultural histories and even geographies of the places wer visited. She patiently responded to our curiosities and openly shared her knowledge with us. That enriched our trip and imbued it with much more meaning. She was also a flexible guide. We made several detours during our trip that sometimes prolonged our itinerary. Nevertheless, May always met us with smiles and was open to our suggestions. We also would like to add a special thanks to May and her sister, Minty, for helping us out one very eventful night. The electricity to our accommodation was cut late at night at around 11pm, due to the wires catching fire opposite the accommodation. Despite it being late, May and Minty kindly drove over to pick us up and quickly helped us find another place to stay for the night. If not for them, we would have been stranded that night and might have even been in danger. My family and I highly recommend May & Minty for your future travels to Thailand! 😊🙏🏻

  8. May was an incredible guide. Super knowledgeable, fun and took us to places we had an interest in, but had a to. Of places in mind. Reach out, she and her sister Minty will take you wherever you want. We did a walking tour of temples and markets. I can’t say enough good things about her. It made our trip great.

  9. Our guide Bo was exceptional, always eager to assist us and lead us to hidden gems that typical tourists might overlook. However, the 40-minute Tuk Tuk ride to the tour’s starting point was not pleasant; we found ourselves inhaling car exhaust for too long, highlighting the city’s air quality issues. Although there was an abundance of food provided during the tour, I’m hesitant to recommend the experience overall due to this drawback.
